HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 6-minute walk. Guests can walk or bring/rent a golf cart and ride to one of seven neighborhood beach access-ways (limited parking). The nearest is located next to Litchfield Inn where a dunes-side indoor/outdoor cabana bar is open to the public.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays will be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Unauthorized pets discovered at this rental home could cause risk of rental termination without refund and $500 penalty fee. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

The greater Waccamaw Neck area offers grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks, and more.
