Great VRBO

Great communication with the host. Place was spacious. Plenty of room. Amazing view of the ocean from all 3 bedrooms and the living room/kitchen area. Would recommend.

Awesome location, great views, quiet, spacious.

This place had everything we needed as far as the amenities; restaurant/bar, heated pool, lazy river, hot tub, laundry, dish washer, extra bathrooms. The view from the 15th floor is pretty spectacular. The unfortunate thing about this place is the owners lack of response/lack of knowledge about the property. It can be days before you get an answer to simple questions like “do you have fans?” Or “what’s the parking situation?” We asked ahead of time about renting a golf cart and if there was parking available for it; we were told “yes and 2 parking spaces”. When we got there, it’s clearly posted that golf carts are not allowed on the property! We would have been out over 300 if we’d have rented before arriving! The tvs had no signal in the bedrooms and no matter how many times we asked for help with them, no one came, so we had no tv in 2 of the bedrooms the whole week. The add states there is a gym but there isn’t one. The add also stated a drip coffee maker so we bought ground coffee & filters and found a kurig when we got there. Someone had used the toilet and left “marks” that we had to clean when we got there. There was food splattered on the ceiling in the kitchen and long black hairs in each bathroom. None of us have long black hair. This place could be a beautiful spot if the vrbo details are updated and if the cleaning crew changes their ways. Also I think the owner needs to visit the place so they are more knowledgeable about the property.
