Solo vacation trip. For the positives, bathroom looks to have been mostly remodeled. Other than the toilet and it's amenities, the bathroom looked clean. The lighting in the entire room was very good. As was the flooring. Now for the negatives. I'll leave that on the after-stay review.

Great place to stay on the beach!

The hotel had a walking path right out to the beach. The room was great. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Very friendly and polite and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

the room wasn't as bad as the reviews stated. the only thing was hotels.com said I'll have ocean front but it was actually ocean view. not the worst case scenario given the total price of the room itself. the room wasn't dirty , it had an oven but no plates or silverware. the microwave is at front desk. check in went ok and the hotel seems like it's in a good location

This property was so bad i couldn't stay there. The couch was filthy and the pullout bed had signs of bed bugs on the filthy mattress! The bathtub was dirty and there was no window in the room. The place smelled of pot.

Our room was so bad that we decided not to even stay the night. Our bed had a bed bug with tiny juice stains and the lady didn’t want to give us refund.. could’ve at least offered a better room. The walls were thin so he could hear a lot of outside noise. Bad experience will never book there again.

I purchased a beach view balcony room with two bed to sleep 2 adults with 4 kids. I get there check in and it’s a 1 bed and a pull out. I go and ask the front desk and they say oh we don’t even rent two bed it may have just been some miscommunication online. So at this point I just tell them look we will just go somewhere else and have the online agency switch my hotel, then all of a sudden it was let me see what I can do. Comes to find out they did have my room. Don’t even waste your time here

Do not stay here!

Extremely disappointed. Staff is very disorganized. room was incorrect and not what I booked. It took 30 minutes to check in. Tv did not work at all. Was giving keys to a different room at first. I stayed about 5 hours then decided to leave because I felt very uncomfortable with people staying there. Pretty sure this is a drug and prostitution hotel. Not family friendly.

When checking in it was very unorganized. Front desk couldn't find many of the visitors reservations. I myself reserved a oceanfront room but was told i didnt and i showed my receipt that I did. Tv in the room we stayed in doesn’t work . No Wi-Fi. No suites like listed ! Just all basic one bed / 2 bed rooms. So we had to change our dinner plans because we planned on there being a couch for a sibling and fiancé to have a quick dinner with in the room and chat. And the lady up front don’t care. She blamed it all on renevations and the 3rd party being slow at updates, rooms were just thrown together

We came at 3:10 p.m and the room was not ready. They said that it was going to take 40 minutes and check in was at 3 p.m. We got here at 8:30 p.m room only had 1 bed not what we paid for, they gave it us another room and there were people there already. They gave us another room and door doesnt work it wont even lock. This is not safe. Really dissapointed. There is not even a fridge and the room we rented said that it had a fridge.

Don't like leaving bad reviews, but...

The room did not feel very clean, except for the sheets. The box spring mattress looked dirty, nothing covering it. There was no curtain on the window in one of the rooms, there was writing on the wall near the bathroom, the microwave was sitting directly on top of the stove, neither tv worked and there were no instructions, the air conditioning unit was not working at first and I had to troubleshoot to get it going. I paid for an ocean view room, but all I could see was the parking lot and the other building. I reserved two rooms non-refundable, but ended up leaving as soon as I woke up after the first night. The staff at the front desk was pleasant, but I received a late text letting me know that the cut-off for check in was 11pm. I had no idea that there was a cut off, and I barely made it. I did not see that information listed anywhere, and there was no heads up until the text I received at 10pm. Overall, not a great experience and I would not stay here again unless there were improvements and more attention to details. Even though it was cheaper than other places nearby, it still felt overpriced (and my expectations were fairly low).

They misrepresented how the property looked. Once I arrived there was someone who looked slouched over on the sofa in the office space. (No lobby). The clerk finally arrived and said they had no TV s service. I asked to cancel and she stated I would need to call Expedia. The Expedia representative was very rude and said I would have to pay 100.00 cancellation fee. She said I was already checked into th hotel. I advised her I was not she said there was nothing she could do. Returned to the hotel and told her exposes said I already checked in. She have a side smile( meaning she checked me in when I left to call to cancel ). I advised I now have no choice but to stay the night there. She provided one beachfront room and one anterior room. I told her I paid for 2 beach front rooms. She said oh really. Well I have none available. The rooms where I’m terrible condition. No bath towels and some much noise in the hallways. Air conditioner didn’t blow cold air and the mattresses ain’t for the bedframe. Terrible and dishonest people.
