Short Trip Stay

This location was good for a family event we had to attend. The 15th floor unobstructed view is cool. Much better than staying at a nice hotel.

It was overall decent. Would not suggest for a large group. We had 7 total and it was a bit cramped even though the listing states it sleeps 7. It could use some updates and renovations. The housekeeper was awesome and very helpful.

Great place right on the beach

The condo was clean, neat and tidy! It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. The only negative aspect was getting in, because there is an Alice in wonderland eat me drink me vibe to opening the door as the key box is a foot and a half off the floor, it has a combination and a stubborn 2 part box that is difficult to open.But otherwise great!

Great vacation Condo with awesome view

Th condo was perfect size for me and my partner and offered at a reasonable price. Great location with a spectacular view of the ocean. Loved hearing the roar of water.

A beautiful place

If you love an oceanfront where you wake up to the waves of the ocean, this is the place to be! I would definitely stay again . The check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. Perfect vacation !

Great location and very clean!

This place was very clean! It was located on the beach and was close to The Boardwalk and many other places to enjoy! We loved it there. The indoor and outdoor heated pools were my kids favorite things! Will definitely need to go back sometime.

Great Stay - Will be Back

Our family had a great time during our week stay! The Sandy Beach resort was awesome - the two outdoor heated pools were VERY warm, and the indoor pool and lazy river were key for our kids on a couple of cool/rainy days. The kids' play area was only open for one day of our stay, and the water was very cold, but the kids had fun playing in the Silly Sub when they had the chance.The room had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, and the hosts even provided tabs for the dishwasher - which was a nice touch. We couldn't have asked for better communication from the hosts right from the start; they provided us with their direct cell phone numbers in case we needed anything.All in all, it's a great place for a family to stay, and we will definitely be coming back.

Sandy Beach Resort

Room could use some upgrades for sure. The carpet was nasty. The Murphy was not clean. The toilet didn’t flush properly the whole stay. The beds were very uncomfortable. Good view. Amenities was great. Accessibility to the beach was easy. The location was good.

Great Place to stay

The property was well maintained and very clean. We had an issue with the jacuzzi and the host was very professional and resolved it quickly. Very spacious and spectacular sunrise views. You will not be disappointed. The only thing we noticed was when the fold down bed was down there was some droplets of water coming down from the vent above onto the baseboard of the bed. We rectified that by putting a towel on it. This is not due to host put something that maintenance for the resort should look at. I would definitely stay there again.

Mostly all was good. Dryer kept breaking so had yo make several trips yo laundry mat. Should have had more towels, we were 1 short for our party. There was not a bkanket for pull out so had to buy one also. Beds need to be replaced not to comfortable. Nice oceanfront facility. Nice location. Checkin was great even got into room early. Pools were nice, but no tiki bar at facility. Property manager was great and tried hard to get dryer fixed even enjoyed a talk with her. Walkable distance to alot of attractions, even parasailing. Property manager told us of a tiki bar on beach right next door. Room had everything to cook except a turner/spatula, we had to purchase one and just left in room for others. To use gym or laundry you need to get a key card from lobby room only comes with physical key, would be nice to have a key pad to make it more accessible. Overall not bad stay most likely will not stay here again with a group of 7, kinda small. Would consider staying when my husband and I travel alone.

We love this resort and the 15th floor was an incredible view! Great stay- zero complaints!

It was my first time renting a condo like this and the host and house keeper were very friendly and accommodating! We had clean linens , nice towels ,, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom . Jetted tub was really nice bonus! As other guests mentioned- the bathroom door did need replacing but we made it work with a little effort. Excellent TVs in the living room and bedroom areas. Wall bed was comfy just like the ones in the bedroom- a little firm but I like that! The ONLy problems we had during our stay were with other guests smoking on the balcony ( very against the rules) but that has nothing to do with this condo or the owners! The hotel could certainly use some more handicapped parking as well. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation and booking it in this way, we were provided with plenty of bracelets to use the pool areas and 2 parking passes by the property owner. We absolutely will be booking with this host again- thank you- for reference we stayed 5 nights beginning of September 2024.
