Great condo for a long beach weekend!

Access to condo was very easy. Resort is older, but clean and safe. Staff were always cleaning the common areas. Pool area was clean. The beach was easily accessible and absolutely beautiful! Elevators were fast. AC unit works great and comfy bed.

8 nights on the beach

The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable. shower was awesome. The unit was clean, but dated. The table to eat at was not the one in the photos, it has high seating chairs. Jeff was great, had a coupe issues, he took care of promptly. Sadly, sun tents are not allowed on the beach. Found this out after setting it up!

I stayed for 15 days. I loved it. The location was great, the room was cute, and the beach beautiful. Jeff and Shelley were super helpful and a big reason why the beginning of my stay went so smooth. The TVs aren't smart tvs so you won't be able to access all tv streaming services, but Netflix is available using the dvd player and channel 2001 on the cable guide. There is also a channel with free streaming movies. The location is so convenient. It was a 10 lyft to the airport. It is also close to Market Commons, which is great for shopping and eating. Hands down my one of the best experiences. Thanks Jeff and Shelley

Sister time @ the beach

Enjoyed the unit. Very clean & spacious for my sister & I. Stayed for 3 nights. Angled view from the balcony which was accessed from the living room & bedroom- very nice. Shelly & Jeff were great to work with. We’ll be back in the future.

Super cute condo. Older, but everything worked well. View of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to the beach, parking quick & easy. Multiple hot tubs, pools and never had trouble finding a chair on the deck. Communication was quick and simple.

The condo was as described and suited our needs to watch a week of baseball at Ripken Myrtle Beach. We did not use the pools or hot tubs, except for one brief swim one afternoon. The beach was very convenient and wide.

Property was amazing! The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean, although it rained the whole vacation , the staff at the complex/ the hosts made our trip perfect. My husband and I met many friends down at the bar, and sat in the hot tubs during giant rain storms. It was a vacation to remember , and I would stay again.

Property is located right on the beach and there is a covered parking garage onsite Jeff was very attentive to any issues that arose. It is an older property and could use some updating. My only problem was we saw a roach crawling inside the kitchen cabinet. I sent a text to Jeff and he was on it immediately setting up an exterminator.

Cute, but could use a touch of TLC

Overall we were happy with our stay - beach is within steps, the pool options were great being that everyone wasn’t contained within one, the unit is cute and fit our needs well. There are few things that may need to be updated sooner than later for a slightly more comfortable stay - the bedroom mattress is extremely firm, hard; the toilet seat was not secured - the seemingly new bolt was barely attached (I reconnected it while there), and the unit could use a deep clean as the routine housekeeping doesn’t seem to do so when cleaning the floor and shower walls etc. All in all, a quaint unit close to what we needed and were looking for.

Great location

Overall a good stay. Condo was very clean. It could definitely use some updating, especially the mattress. It felt like we were sleeping on box springs. A small investment in the newer memory foam mattress would make a huge difference. (Actually slept on the memory foam mattress at another VRBO. Loved it so much we bought one The Nectar) The listing said it could sleep 4 (queen bed & sleep sofa). That being said there were only 4 dishes, bowls, etc. had to hand wash every day. Also the door jam needed repair. There was mold above the shower area. The location was great, on the beach and close to so much shopping and restaurants.

Fantastic Communication with Host

What makes this a five-star condo is the location. Just steps to the beach and chairs and umbrellas to rent are just steps away. The communication with Jeff and his crew were outstanding! The check in process is seamless. The underground parking is a HUGE bonus. There were books available to take to the beach, plus two chairs to enjoy the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Towels, sheets and unit were clean. The pull-out bed is not very comfortable. Partially because there weren't appropriate sheets that fit. Nothing is top of the line, but we had everything we needed. Without listing everything that needs to be upgraded, this building is in dire need of a face lift. The water drainage is terrible. There was caution tape around one of the three hot tubs and pool at any given time. Windows and mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time throughout the building. The sauna was out of service. That being said, the hosts were extremely open to our honest suggestions. They really want you to have the best experience possible. You can't beat the price for the location. Our destination was the beach and that's exactly what we got.

Upon opening the door, we were hit with a musty smell; Couch was very stained and the decorative pillows on the couch were so old they were flat. Very outdated hotel to say the least. 2 towels and 2 washcloths in the bathroom had been washed and dried out so much they were very worn out and thin. I refused to use them. 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4-night stay, with 3 guest and the room was advertised as sleeping four guests, but only 3 pillows open bars of soap under the sink which I refused to use, tub very slick and outdated. Very few receptacles. Only 1 chair in living room which was leaning to one side. I had to go to Walmart and buy several towels and washcloths and a pack of Toilet Paper, soap and a pillow. Very few dishes to use this not a good stay although the positive side is the room was ocean front with a nice view. And Secuity guards on duty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Regarding VRBO itself, when I booked the room, it seems I was forced to buy insurance as i could not get past the insurance screen until I clicked yes, and just before I clicked the book button, I was told "you will not be charged now" which was good as I didnt have alot of extra money in my checking account, but as soon as I clicked the book button, the entire amount came out of my account.

Very nice place to stay. I am planning another stay. Nice and comfortable. Smelled really good. I was missing a parking pass and Jefferys wife brought me one the next morning. Very nice couple. I loved every moment and enjoyed our weekend.
