  • Clean & Comfortable, home away from home condo has been freshly painted. There are 2 double beds in a bedroom, murphy bed & sleeper sofa in living room plenty of privacy if needed there are several doors, bath & half (Jack and Jill) bathroom . Full kitchen a stove small refrigerator dishes and utensils provided . Beautiful pool on site parking on site. View is breath taking. 500ft from the beach this condo sits on the same side of the street as the beach.
    NO SMOKING cigarettes or vapes towels and linens shampoo iron/board provided
    No washer and dryer in unit but coin operated one on site detergent provided.

Here are the checkout details. Hope you have enjoyed your stay. I have placed a book for guests to jot down a memory that was made during your stay I would love if you could share one.
If any dishes were used please make sure those are washed & put away. Please take the garbage out to the trash chute it is located on the left end of the hall when exiting the condo.
All dirty towels please place them in the bathtub. Take only the bedsheets and place them in a pillow case from each used bed. Thermostat please leave it at 70° CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
