    Fully renovated in 2024, our oceanfront condo combines a stylish, comfortable interior with everything you need for a family beach vacation or romantic escape. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the ocean, spend the afternoon floating along the 200-foot lazy river, then relax on your balcony as the day winds down.

    LIVING & SLEEPING

    The comfortable living room features a 50-inch Smart TV, shiplap-style fireplace, full-size sleeper sofa and full-size Murphy bed. The private bedroom includes a king-size bed, Smart TV, storage and a dedicated workspace with desk and chair.

    Please note: This is a one-bedroom condo. Guests using the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa sleep in the living room.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and silverware. The dining table seats six.

    OCEANFRONT RESORT & BEACH ACCESS

    The beach is right outside the resort. Step directly from Caribbean Resort & Villas onto the beach and spend your day swimming, relaxing in the sand or enjoying the Atlantic Ocean.

    When you're ready for a break from the beach, enjoy the resort's 200-foot lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and water attractions—all without having to get in the car.

The unit was clean, looked pretty much like the pictures with cute ocean decor, except smaller than expected. Kitchen was well stocked with various items but galley style, so a little tight. There were additional pillows for use with the Murphy bed & pullout sofa, a big blanket but only 1 set of sheets initially provided, so we split in-between the 2. Towels for 4 people but there was 5 of us and unfortunately the laundry facilities at the resort were "out of order" with standing water in 2 of the washers and the other washers had big chunks of detergent in them. Sign was up on day 1 and multiple days later the machines were still broken and front desk said "not sure if any calls were made to get it fixed". None of that was anything the owner could've done anything about but when I let them know, they called the desk (were told machines were fixed when they weren't) and then set up more bath linens to be delivered to us twice (we were there for 7 days), one delivery included 3 full sets of bed linens. The owners were very accommodating and great with communication. The resort overall was nice but not as nice as the pictures looked. 3 elevators many times only 1 was working. 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, kiddie pool, fire pit, bags. Fun pool DJ there most days. Beach was being rehabbed, so lots of construction noise and beach closures that went all day long which was a bummer and tiki bar not always able to make food cause not enough staff. Unit 4.5/5, resort 3.5/5.

We had an amazing 5-day beach vacation! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Ron and his wife were also very accommodating!We made many wonderful family memories, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you for helping make our trip so special!

We came down for a weekend stay for our daughter's cheer competition. The condo was as shown and we enjoyed the beach front. The girls had a blast at the pools and the owner was very quick to respond to any message sent. I highly recommend this condo.

We loved the condo! We didn’t have any problem using the code to enter the room and it has everything you need for your stay! even a fireplace and a dishwasher, but for us the nicest thing was the view! Ron is always available and responds quickly to any question We will definitely recommend this nice place!

This room is well maintained and conveniently located right on the beach. As a family of 4, we were more than comfortable with the full kitchen and sleeping accommodations. Basic kitchenware is provided and even some beach toys. Access is simple, convenient, and secure through a keypad on the door. The overall cleanliness of the room adhered to a high standard. There are many family dining and entertainment options available and close to this location.

Fantastic Getaway

The property where the unit is located is under construction. It was difficult to navigate getting to the condo. Hopefully it will be complete soon. The condo was fabulous.It was lovely. I would love to return.
