Beautiful 11th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this spacious Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom. The unit also includes a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a flat screen television in each of the bedrooms and the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all basic cookware and dinnerware as well as a stackable washer and dryer combination and a private oceanfront balcony. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, pools, hot tubs, children’s splash pool, three story slide, fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks onsite!

- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
