My only complaint was that the bed was a little high for me and the base was surrounded by metal sheets that I kept hitting with my heel every time a got down. It was a good thing I was alone. Otherwise, that loud clang would have disturbed my companion.

Although the toom appeared to be clean we did see two bugs. One in the bathroom going behind the tiles and one in the main room. Both were seen in the morning. (If saw that night i would have left!) We saw later that my BF had several bug bites on his hip. Very disturbing. When we arrived at our place in FL we emptied our luggage outside to make sure nothing traveled with us. This experience is making me uncomfortable booking a hotel on the way home!

Front desk staff was friendly. Room was damp and floor could have been swept or vacuumed better. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower could have been cleaned better, I noticed some hair on the shampoo bottles while I was taking my shower. Other guests were noisy at 2 am.

The Baymont by Wyndham Manning has roach issues. I could see the handyman’s mounting marks on the walls. We personally bought bug spray because of how many we noticed in the corners and on the floor. The staff were nice. I would not recommend this property for the rate they are charging.

Property workers not friendly, not willing to help with any issues. Room was dirty, property is ran down. My 5 year old had a accident in bed, so they charged me 150$ for sheets. Told them I’d go to local Walmart and buy new ones for much less, they didn’t want to hear it. Treated me very rudely, do not recommend.

I was surprised to find that the room was not as clean as it claimed to be. The complimentary toiletries appeared to be left over from other guest and used. The bed was comfortable. The room was very hot and the AC was very noisy.

Worth paying a little extra

Would have preferred the person who checked us in to not have been on the phone. She seemed a little Hangry. But the overall stay was great. Even though there werea lot of people there it was not loud. Enjoyed having peace and quiet. Breakfast was decent.

The details are missing for example the walls are painted but the paint doesn't go down to the floor molding or the floors may be swept but need to be wet mopped...yuck!! The lady at the front desk was great and helpful. The breakfast was fine for a quickie breakfast. Coffee was great and they even had Decaf!! Yes!!
