  • Pelican's Landing is situated on Shore Drive, a popular area of Myrtle Beach. Across the street from the popular 'Ocean Annie's Beach Bar' and a few beach steps from the Apache fishing pier. Complex features two pools (courtyard & beachfront) with clean men's and women's restrooms by the courtyard pool. Building has elevator and multiple large luggage carts for easy move-in. 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo just across the street from the ocean with an ocean view! 2nd floor end unit with lots of windows and natural light. Condo sleeps 8 people (king bed, full bed, 2 twin beds and sleeper sofa). Unit also includes full-size washer and dryer, wet bar, Cable TV in all rooms (Smart TV/DVR in living room), fast WiFi and balconies off living room and primary bedroom. The main living/dining area, all bedrooms, half bath and all flooring have been updated.

    Close to the famed 'Restaurant Row' that serves some of the best seafood in South Carolina. Close to the Myrtle Beach Airport and over 100 golf courses.

    Minutes from the Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach shopping/dining and entertainment spots.
