The hotel sheets were dirty. Ask the staff for a broom I had to go buy one.the pool was not open two days. I was there. It was not told to me. It has great beach access. I would wait about two years before going back if I did do. I left today early because I just felt like I was ready to go home because of the experience. It will be a great hotel in a couple of years, but as of this moment, it is not.

Do not book here. You have been warned

The rooms were clean. That's the only plus. Now for the good stuff No parking. Had to fight for spots. Hot water was nonexistent. Coffee maker didn't work. Balcony in room was off limits with a sign. Pillows were half size. All pools were closed and in need of severe repairs. No TV. Beach front had no furniture. Exterior was badly worn from environment. Parking Garage is closed and under repairs. Lobby was at another building and never open in the morning. The hallways always smelled like Marijuana when the building obviously states "No Smoking" Only a few vehicles had the parking permit in window, so obviously parking was not enforced. The whole experience has made us not want to ever go back to Myrtle Beach. Just an entire garbage of a hotel. Absolute trash

This place is essentially abandoned. When we finally found it, because there is no sign or indication that it is actually a hotel, they told us they didn’t have a room for us. To say the least, we were relieved even though we had to then find a room on a peak Saturday night. Avoid at all cost!

Hotel under renovation

The hotel is under renovation, pools are closed and under poor conditions (they changed owner) they’re doing the best possible to keep the hotel working . Bad things There was no house keeping during our stay Our rooms floor was dirty it wasn’t cleaned the right way when we first got there We only had 1/4 of toilet paper No trash bags in the room and just 1 thrash can Pools were closed Parking lot was also closed Good A/c worked perfectly 2 min away from the beach Beds were comfortable Room was big Noise free area We had microwave , mini fridge and coffee machine inside the room

This was a scam hotel. The sight didnt exist. Spent two hours fighting with expedia to get a refund that would take 7 to 10 business days to get. I am not nervous amd wondering how.many scam hotels have now infiltrated the expedia site.
