Omg the staff at the front desk made my stay so accommodating they are the best special thanks to Cameil, Tashika, ketuah, Simoya (sorry for the spellings) they were so patient and kind and made sure my room was clean and made sure I got the best view both ocean and city. Highly recommend and definitely would be visiting again.

The outside looked nice. Right on the beach was great. Our living room lamp had the plug cut off with exposed wires. Fridge did not cool. We had to use cooler and ice for groceries. No sink stopper in kitchen sink. Dryer quit, but they did fix that the next day. Staff was not good at all with one exception (Tony in maintenance). Tony brought us a stopper for kitchen sink. He checked on our fridge and put in a repair ticket. This place is going downhill at a high rate of speed. No one would answer phone at front desk. I would NOT recommend anyone stay there.

Great stay definitely would recomend to anyone. Only thing i jave an issue with is the lockong front door. Of you forget code i should have a room key access to get in.

Everything went well. Place was clean and just a hop ,skip and jump away from everything. We met with some of our friends from High School there. We stayed in different rooms but they loved it as well. Cant wai to come back.

I had an ocean front view room. The room and hotel can use a little updating, but I can care less with the pricing per night when I booked. I could not enter the fitness room at all during my stay, even notified the staff. They said maintenance would take care of it. Still was never able to get in. Staff was nicer than some of the previous reviews I’ve seen. Overall it was ok at best because all I wanted was the ocean front view

Second time staying, pricing is in line with what you get. Building is dated, furniture in the room shows a lot of wear. Bathroom dated but great water pressure. Easy access to the beach, lots of outdoor and indoor pool options. There is a convenience store across the street which is nice since there isn’t a restaurant or bar on the property. Overall, you get what you pay for, no frills but it’s safe and cleaner than a lot of other places.

The location was very convenient, very close to the family kingdom. The room had awesome space and a nice view from the 18th floor. The only issue I had was when we arrived after 6pm our room was not ready, I did not expect that to happen.

Average spring break area.. didn’t expect much so wasn’t too disappointed. All furniture was wore and falling apart.. we didn’t care though.. still fun and on the beautiful ocean.. and fit all of us that was the main thing.

I gave an overall 2 stars mostly because the location and view are great. The hallways anre clean and smelled great. Otherwise our room was terrible! SO dirty. Our room smelled so badly of cigarettes and was only called to be clean as we arrived and checked in which took about 5 minutes. Even though they knew we had an early check in. The carpet is so greasy on your bare feet, definitely wasn’t vacuumed. The lights had about an inch of dust on it. Boogers on the livingroom wall. There was pubic hair clumps on our bathroom floor. That’s just the cleanliness. The overall condition of the room was just as bad. This place is not taken care of at all. Knobs missing. Cabinets missing chunks out of them. Door and cabinets in bathroom had awful water damage. You do not get housekeeping. We were there for 5 days and had to wash our own towels and bed linens but received one laundry pod on arrival. I ONLY stayed because I was completely exhausted as I was stuck at the airport for 2 days prior to check in due to a snowstorm! We ended up buying supplies and cleaning our room ourselves!

It was close to many attractions and restaurants (within 10 minutes driving). The cleaniness was not the best, there was a clear bad stuffed under the tv with used towels and there were some blood on the tile floor. The room was definitely worn down from regular usage

This property is not being cared for and/or maintained well. Our room had holes in doors, ripped up carpets (my mom tripped on one area) broken lamps and lampshades, and stained furniture. If I hadn't needed the size suite we booked, I would have never stayed here.
