This 2bd/2ba oceanfront condo, located in the Arcadian Dunes area, has everything needed for the perfect beach retreat. Enjoy the private oceanfront balcony, awesome sights and tranquil sounds. Enjoys all the comforts of home with the fully equipped kitchen along with a TV in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Unit comfortably sleeps 4 with 1 king in the master bedroom & 1 king in the 2nd bedroom.

Arcadian II is located in the Arcadian Dunes area. Although this building is close to many restaurants, attractions & shopping, you'll enjoy the privacy of this secure & private resort. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, gazebo, lighted tennis court, free parking, free Wi-Fi, elevator, a BBQ grill & picnic area, coin operated laundry onsite, covered parking & onsite security. Family Summer Vacation

I didn't realize the VRBO property was managed through North Beach Rentals, which requires you to PICK UP keys from a separate location 15 min away and then RETURN them to that same location. It is a big inconvenience when most rentals just have lockboxes on the doors for easy access. Plus, had to wait in a long line to get the keys upon arriving. Also, i tried calling North Beach Rentals twice for a minor issue and never got through... line just kept ringing. One of the beds in this unit is extremely hard and I had to buy a $100 memory foam mattress topper. I don't normally have negative feedback as I've stayed in this complex several times and love the area. The location is fantastic and amenities nearby for families is great. Overall had a great vacation but noting minor complaints above for others awareness.

This is my second time here. Management company requires you to stop at their office to pick up and drop off keys. This is a pain!! Made worse that the staff there is unfriendly, slow, and generally unhelpful. (Two years in a row and at BOTH pickup and drop off!) I suggest the owner switch management companies.
