- Notice ā€“ Spectrum Internet Installation (Septā€“Oct 2025):
Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4ā€“6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 amā€“6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units.

- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.
Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.
