Ocean View Condo in the Dunes and Golden Mile area.

One of the best locations in Myrtle Beach right on N Ocean Blvd ... Our condo has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and each bedroom is a Master with a walk-in closet and remodeled bathroom (BR#1 king bed..BR#2 two XL twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in living area), updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Linens, towels, utilities, Cable TV (2TV's one in living area and one in BR#2) ,Internet and WiFi access are provided. Nice ocean view where you can watch the sun come up over the blue Atlantic. Just a short walk to the beach or enjoy our saltwater swimming pool.
Ocean View Towers is a family oriented mid-rise 2 building property. Only 34 units per building. This is our second home and we only rent to adults 25 years of age and over. We do not rent to groups. Parking is reserved for one vehicle only and is strictly enforced, however, limited public street parking is available on 77th Ave.
Golfers and Beach lovers … weather is great for outdoor activity. Enjoy sunning and walking on the beach or getting in 18 holes at 4 great courses within a 10 min drive and 20 plus courses within 20 to 45 min drive. The beach is so close you can see the ocean from the balcony.
Close to shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, golf and restaurants. Possibly the best value and location in Myrtle Beach, SC.

PLEASE Note: Due to the COVID-19 situation we have changed our check-in and Check-out hours to help ensure that there is time for additional cleaning. We encourage our guests to follow recommended CDC guidelines, social distancing, and wear appropriate face coverings.
*Pest control is the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Access to the condo is required.
*Rental golf carts, mopeds, and motorcycles are not allowed.

We had a great stay!! The location and amenities of the condo was perfect for our family! Everything we needed was right there. The beach was just a 5 minute walk and the pool was perfect for when we didn’t go to the beach.The condo had everything we needed and the space to spread out and relax!

The property was very well maintained, clean, beautifully landscaped and close to beach and many eating establishments and downtown, without being in a congested or noisy neighborhood. This particular condo was immaculate, very well appointed and spacious; a true 2 bedroom with spacious living and dining area. If you choose this property you won't be disappointed.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space and the little deck was a plus. It was a 1 block walk to the beach which was clean. The house even had beach chairs/towels. The complex had a pool which was handy. We were a 2 minute drive from a Publix and about 10-15 minutes from activities. Nora was quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend

Location of property is very ideal. Short walk to the beach and about 10-15 min drive to other attractions within Myrtle Beach. Property is all kept and appreciate the use of some beach essentials like the sand toys and beach blankets.

Great vacation getaway

Thank you to Nora for another wonderful visit. We love the condo and the location.Condo is always so clean and stocked with everything you need for a quick weekend or an extended stay. The location is close enough to walk to the beach every day and the neighborhood is great for walking around as well. Not to mention great food places within walking distance: River City Cafe, Starbucks & Mimosa’s.Nora is great to work with! Always answered any questions in a timely manner. We will be back!!

One of our favorite stays ever!

We were first time South Carolina visitors so we really didn't know what to expect but I did a lot research to find the right area and BINGO! We hit it right the first time and fell in love with the condo, the area.....everything!! We are talking about making it winter getaway every year! Very clean and well equipped, safe, great pool, friendly neighbors/owners. It had it all including very good communication from Nora the host. We are already booked for next year!

Girls trip

This was a great place to stay. It’s super close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. I stayed with my 17 year old daughter and her friend. We had plenty of room and not be under each other’s feet. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing find!

We are so thankful that we booked this condo for our beach trip! It was perfect for me, my husband, and our children. The location is fantastic and Nora was an excellent host. She sent all of the important information we needed prior to arrival which made everything so easy. The condo is well furnished, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to make several quick meals. We will definitely be booking this property again in the near future!

Great Condo

This condo is definitely as advertised. It has everything you need to have a great time in Myrtle Beach. In our opinion it’s located in the nicest area of Myrtle Beach. A short walk to the beach, and nice restaurants. 3 grocery stores right down the street. Close to attractions but far enough so it’s a quiet neighborhood. Our host makes everything easy. She’s great. We love this place.

Great Condo.

This was our 3rd year in this unit. First, you couldn't find a better location. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. All a short walk away. Pretty much half way between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Carolina Opry 5 min. away.The unit is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Ocean views from Master bedroom and the living room. Your host is great as well. Quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. We just love it here. It's perfect for us.
