Ocean Lakes Beach Cottage N-114 on Lake Near Store & Waterpark

Home is 4 BR/2BA located in Award Winning Ocean Lakes Campground. It is on a small lake with a beautiful fountain which is so relaxing. It is close to the store, the water park and the beach. Recently updated with custom cabinets, new appliances, granite countertops and a well stocked kitchen. Great outdoor area to sit and relax while enjoying the lake, fountain and wild life. Short walk to the store, the waterpark and shortly past that is the beach. It is a great location to be close by to everything, yet some space to relax and enjoy your stay. Enjoy fishing in the lake or just relaxing and watching the turtles, ducks and geese lounge in the sun. It is even beautiful at night to sit on the deck and see everything lit up in the across the way.

Ocean Lakes has something for everyone to enjoy without having to even leave the property. Whether you are looking to stay busy at the water park, play some beach volleyball, or bring the little ones to the playground right along the ocean there are endless options. Also, while you are there, play some mini golf, corn hole, horseshoes, basketball and maybe you want to try out the skateboard park. There are a few snack bars, a market and golf car rentals available.

Home features new granite countertops & appliances with upgrades throughout. If you prefer to do your own cooking, there are a variety of gadgets and cookware in the kitchen to choose from. Plenty of seating at the kitchen table as well as a snack bar area for a couple more. There are HD flat panel TVs located throughout the home as well as high speed internet with wi-fi. There are ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms and living room. A portion of the deck is covered or you can sit out and enjoy the sun. The deck overlooks the water so the kids can enjoy fishing or just sit and watch the ducks and geese swim by. There is parking for 2 vehicles.

Families Must be 25 to Rent and renter listed must be at the home for the entire rental period. Home cannot be rented by someone on behalf of someone else.
Linen package is included in rental fee.
No Smoking
You must purchase $12 a day car passes directly from Ocean Lakes. Passes increase to $15 a day if arrival is 10 days or less from request.
No loud or vulgar language or music.

Out of every where I stayed in Myrtle Beach this was the best of all. The house was perfect and the location. Beautiful decorated nice furniture. I will definitely stay there again.

Great beach house

Have vacationed in Ocean Lakes for 30+ years, and this was one of the best houses we have stayed in. The house was super clean, cute, and was in an excellent location. Owner provided great communication and made checking in very easy. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed our first time at Ocean Lakes! Mrs. Gina was amazing and helped us navigate the property as well as making sure we were aware of onsite activities for our family. The house was beautiful and had something for everyone. My husband and children enjoyed fishing and seeing the ducks and turtles from the porch. We look forward to staying again soon.

Perfect in every way!

Gina & Steve were very responsive & accommodating before, during and after our stay. The house was clean and cozy and in a great location! We were in walking distance to almost everything but still rented a golf cart to cruise around. I especially loved relaxing on the back porch overlooking the lake. We can not wait to go back!

Cute and Clean

We’ve stayed at 4 different properties in Ocean Lakes and this one is our favorite. Gina was great to work with and very responsive. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything that we needed. We paid a little extra for a golf cart and loved it. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake and listening to the calming fountain. Our son loved feeding the turtles from the porch. Great location in Ocean Lakes! We hope to be back again soon! Thank you Gina!
