Our condo is on the 20th floor of Oceans One, one of the most sought after condo due to the combination of ultra-modern architecture and contemporary decor with panoramic views of the coastal Carolina coastline.

Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach with its beautiful white sandy beach, our 1,347 sq ft spacious condo boasts all amenities you would expect from a seaside resort, including heated whirlpools, heated lazy river, heated Children’s Interactive Splash and Play area, and high-speed wi-fi. At the same time, you can live like at your own house by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room and dining area.

Our 3 bedroom condo comes fully furnished with an oceanfront master bedroom with a king bed, a king bed in second bedroom and two double beds in the third bedroom, with three private full bathrooms, one for each bedroom, luxury bed linens and towels, a modern kitchen with elegant dark granite countertop and GE stainless steel appliances. It easily accommodates your whole families. Go on a vacation with friends or extra guests? A queen sleeper sofa in living room will satisfy your need. Two oceanfront balconies, with one off the living area and one off the master bedroom. Travel with kids usually means lots of luggage and stuff? With multiple closet in each bedroom, that will not be a problem at all.

This was probably the easiest check-in I have ever had at the beach. The condo is set up very nicely to accommodate everybody it had everything we needed and Janet our host was great with communication and checking in with us to see if everything was good. The view from the balconies were stunning.. And the beds are a dream. Very comfortable.. great Beavh access. Also great access to a lot of things going on in Myrtle Beach. We will definitely be staying here again can't wait.

Place was close to the airport, RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It was Clean and quiet. It could use new furnishings but its Excellent for the price and all the resort offers. Definitely stay again at Janets place! We were all very happy!!! Thank You Janet

Nice Condo!

Nice place to stay at the beach. Location was close to a great pizza place. Condo was welcoming and very spacious; plenty of sleeping spots!! Beds were comfy, however the fitted sheets kept coming off during the night. Also, cabinets and microwave could’ve been cleaner! We enjoyed the pool and other hote amenities. Host was easy to contact!! Will stay here again

There was parking across the street. The variety of pools along with the beach was a great hit with our grandson as well as my 78-year-old husband.

Ocean One Has Gone Down Hill

The good: We love Myrtle Beach and our family plans to continue vacationing there every year. Ocean One is perfectly located and is convenient to shops, restaurants, and entertainment! The bad: There was a HUGE cockroach in one of the condo's bathrooms so I hope the owners have an exterminator come in. There were loud fireworks during 4 nights of our 6-night stay. I'm not sure if they were set off by private individuals or if they were authorized by the resort itself but it was very difficult to sleep and it was never advertised! Finally, Ocean One has become run down since we were here last year. There was no outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach so consequently, the pools get lots of sand in them. Fortunately, the pools get cleaned every morning which is the only time they're really usable. One family even had a rice cooker AT THE POOL! The bottom line for us is, we'll definitely be back in Myrtle Beach every year but because Ocean One no longer meets our standards, I don't think we'll be back...

Great location, view, but less than expected

We enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving week. The location is amazing and the views from the deck could not be better! However, when we checked in, we discovered that the electrical outlets didn't work in any of the 3 bathrooms. I contacted our host that afternoon and she was unable to get someone there for a couple of days (which was somewhat understandable, since Thanksgiving was the day after our arrival). When the handyman showed up, he fixed the issue after an hour. Unfortunately, this took me from the lunch we were eating as a family because he needed me to help test outlets in the other rooms, etc. I also needed to clean up the drywall dust and wire cuttings, etc. from our sink when he was done. In addition, the icemaker was not working and the handyman looked at it and told me that the refrigerator needs a new solenoid for it to work. He said he could not fix it. Our host didn't respond about this. None of these are huge issues; however, the reason I rated this at 3 stars was because we paid top-dollar for this property (almost 3 times the next week's rate), probably because it was Thanksgiving week. Paying that sort of fee, I did not expect to have to spend time with these sort of things. Unfortunately, the host did not respond to my requests to consider giving us a discount of any kind. Her unresponsiveness was my biggest issue. In addition, the condo could use a coat of paint and the building seems out of date. But other than that, it was great.

Exceeded our expectations! This condo was everything we wanted and more. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed being right on the beach. The swimming pools and hot tubs were fun and always at the right temperature. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the 3 bathroom provided everyone with privacy. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for whatever your plans might be. I definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book this place again.
