This modern decor condo features 1 King Bed in the Bedroom and one sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 4), a private balcony, LCD TVs, a private bathroom, full-sized appliances, and a kitchen table. Upscale furnishings and decor in the living room and bedroom give it a modern touch. This condo has breathtaking views from both the balcony and the main living area. This condo will comfortably sleep up to 4. Tastefully decorated to give you the flair of the beach and allow you the enjoyment of the ocean view from your balcony. The bedroom features a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, for additional sleeping space, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. This 2nd-floor unit provides awesome views of the beach and the city. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, along with a bar table to enjoy meals in your condo. The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities - pool, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi.

Meridian Plaza is located in central Myrtle Beach, within walking distance of many of the attractions! It is close to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and other attractions.

Great location for price

Only got to stay one night due to illness and family emergency. But otherwise very clean, great location, quick response with communication from property owner.

This place is advertising it has a gym! Full kitchen! Full refrigerator w ice maker! None of it is true! Dirty,cockroaches,one light w a bulb! No paper products or cleaning! I dish cloth! No dishwasher, no ice maker a mini fridge one working outlet to plug in the coffee maker or microwave! Black mold ! Ac 220 switch faulty! 110 fire hazard! Shower full of hair! Killed all roaches and cleaned unit ! Owner no help and been reported to state authorities! Fire ! department called out because fire doors locked! Have tons of pictures to share! Do not use! Reported to verbo as well!

The condo is as in the photograph. It has good light, is clean, and a short walk to the beach! I can tell that the until was refurbished in the last couple of years. That said, I would have liked the shower and toilet conclave to be better lit and updated as the rest of the unit. I was a bit on edge with the very specific stipulations laid out in the rental agreement, but I'm sure those are the result of previous stayers not showing this place and it's amenities the respect it deserves. It great that the owner/property management company for the specific unit was available as promised. I didn't have major issues, but just a few questions to ensure my stay was as expected and that I didn't do something that would result in my deposit not being returned. Regardless, I had a cheery helpful response very quickly each time I reached out. The onsite pools and hot tub were welcome options to take a break from the sea, and they were very clean. Helpful Tips:Follow the pre-check in guidance. I did but can only imagine the headache of not doing so after traveling to the beach. All the codes worked exactly as they should for the entire stay.Bring your own portable baggage carts. There are a few on-site, but if people hoard them, you are out of luck.There is a broom and dust pan in the room, but if you want squeaky clean floors during you stay and to ensure you don't leave sand behind, bring your own disposable wet mop, e.g. a Swiffer wet.
