Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet 3rd floor (with elevator) 2 BR 2 bath with ALL NEW FURNITURE & APPLIANCES condo- located in the highly sought after Magnolia Pointe in Myrtlewood. We have the best view of the Golf course from our balcony! You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer! We are centrally located near many of Myrtle Beach's attractions.
* IDEAL for FAMILIES ~ Very close to Water Park, Go-Carts, CAL Ripkin, Miniature Golf, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, along with other necessities such as Grocery Stores, Pharmacies and shopping centers. We are right down the road from "BROADWAY at the BEACH" where you will also find Wonder Works, Ripley's Aquarium, amusement rides, restaurants, and other entertainment.
Market Common (movie theater & bowling alley, store front shops and dining), Barefoot Landing, and Outlet stores are all just a short drive away.
* THEATERS: Galvin Gilmore's Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, Legends in Concert and Alabama Theater. Skywheel with Boardwalk, Murrells Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington State Park State Parks ... * OUR LOCATION is just a 2 hr drive to Charleston, SC or Wilmington, NC plan a day trip!
** The GORGEOUS BEACH
is approximately 1.3 miles from our community. It is a very short car ride directly out of Myrtlewood straight to beach/"Golden Mile" entrance... if you just want to stay at the condo there are several pools for you to enjoy and walking/biking paths on premises.
For your convenience we have grilling utensils, beach chairs, portable cooler, toys, etc.. * GOLFERS ~ you will enjoy the amazing view from our balcony! There are 2 Golf Courses in Myrtlewood- Pine Hill and Palmetto. We have view of golfers putting on the 13th hole and watching drives straight down the fairway of the 14th hole. There is a driving range and clubhouse with a casual restaurant overlooking the Intra-costal Waterway. A PGA golf store is just around the corner! Our Condo is located on the 3rd/top floor with an Elevator. Being on the top floor you will find that we have Cathedral Ceilings, along with the additional Peace and Serenity as no one is above you. ** Keeping our Condo Clean and updated is our # 1 Priority for Guests**. Our house keeping service uses disinfectant with all cleanings. Towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, small soaps and a few small size essential toiletries are also provided. We provide 1 starter toilet paper roll per bathroom and 1 garbage bag as well. Beyond that guests are required to attain these items for themselves.
* A Fully Equipped Kitchen (all NEW! full size appliances, refrigerator with ice maker inside). * 2 Full Bathrooms- walk-in shower, and a bathtub/shower. ~The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed, Private Full Bathroom and Walk in Closet with a view of the Golf Course! ~The Second Bedroom has Twin beds with "Extra-long Mattress’s" for Adults or Children, Full Closet and Full Bathroom. *Hair Dryers are in both bathrooms (however beach towels are Not provided). ~Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. **All mattresses have protective coverings and are NEW and UPGRADED for comfortable sleeping!
*** Large Private Balcony with celling fan and Comfortable seating for 10!
* Full Size Washer and Dryer. Ironing Board and Iron.
*65" Flat-screen TV in Living Room and wall mounted tv's in Bedrooms. **All are Smart TV's**
*Free WIFI.
*We provide Keyless Entry: Approximately 10 days (or sooner- if booked before 10 days) of arrival and a personal access code to enter into the condo along with directions to our condo.

* PLEASE NOTE: Per Magnolia Pointe Rules: Motorcycles, Scooters, Motor Homes, Buses, Jet Skis Boats, Recreational Equipment and Trailers are NOT permitted on the property. -RESPONSIBLE GUESTS ONLY~ Guests must be at least 26 yrs old to Reserve and Rent our "Home Away from Home" (our place is not a “partying” condo)!

Loved our recent stay in this beautifully decorated, immaculate condo. We also enjoyed the well-maintained, safe area with bike/walking trail. The availability of an elevator, beach chairs/cooler/towels, enclosed back porch with clean/comfy furniture, and start-up shower and kitchen items were much appreciated and put to good use. We look forward to staying again when we visit our son at Coastal Carolina!

Great Golf Refuge

Thoughtfully furnished, meticulously organized and arranged, and spacious and quiet as well. This made a perfect home base for a week of golf outings at assorted different courses in North Myrtle Beach. We would happily stay here again.

The most perfect Condo at Myrtle beach

Fantastic Stay in Myrtle Beach!

I recently stayed at this property in Myrtle Beach and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants and attractions. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Great getaway

Check in was quick and easy. The condo was clean and well provisioned. Really enjoyed the balcony dining and corner lounge for coffee and evening time. Elevator was helpful especially with golf clubs and provisions. Location was perfect to take advantage of Myrtle Beach events and activities.

Ideal location

First, the condo is as advertised. Conveniently located to reach all ends of the Grand Strand. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the balcony and playing golf on the property. How convenient! The beds are super comfortable! And finally, the owners are very responsive and caring. They called to check on us when there were wildfires 5 miles away. We stayed safe. Highly recommendable.

5 Star hands down

This was by far the best place I’ve rented in all my time visiting MB. The listing was accurate and Eric had all the amenities of being at home. Everything was labeled to include light switches, dishes, etc. The check-in process was seamless. The view and peacefulness on the balcony was priceless. Also, I didn’t have to worry about signing into the smart tv as there were guest accounts to view which made not having to sign in a plus. I will definitely look to rent here again on my next visit. The place was gorgeous and very roomy. The only complaint would be the location to the beach. It said it was a mile to the beach and made it seem like you would walk there. It’s definitely a drive not a walk.

Favorite Property in Myrtle

My family and I have stayed in MB the past several years and by far this is our favorite rental. Many places in this area can scam you with deceitful pictures or sketchy locations. Not with this amazing property!!! Modern, clean and stocked with all the essentials you need to make your stay a memorable one. The owners have through through the entire rental process and pride of ownership shows throughout their condo. We already secured next years trip. I am extremely particular and have never rented the same place twice so look no farther, this is the place for your Myrtle Beach vacation.

Comfortable and Clean Condo in Great Location!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Myrtle beach. It was very clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we were looking for. The community pool was in great condition and a nice place to chill out during the hottest part of the day. This location is within 10 mins of the touristy spots such as Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. It was also only a 20+ min drive to North Myrtle Beach where we caught a Dolphin Boat Tour. We had no issues at this facility so we had no need to connect with the owners during the visit (which is a good thing!). We would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in coming to visit Myrtle Beach. 5-Star Experience Overall!

Quiet, Spacious & Comfortable

We were in town for a dance competition and this was perfect for our family giving us space to get ready as well as quiet nights for our early mornings. When we weren’t leaving first thing in the morning we enjoyed the porch very much. It is very close to the sports center as well which was super convenient. The pools are small but there were a few to choose from. One thing to note is that you don’t have access to all of Myrtlewood. A few other dance families booked at Myrtlewood and we were under the impression we could hang at the pool together but we didn’t have access to some (and they didn’t have access to others) so this didn’t work out for us. Just something to be aware of. We had some loose chairs and a broken towel rack that Eric had fixed very quickly. Communication was great and hosts were very accomedating.

Fantastic Stay, a home away from home!

This was our very first trip to Myrtle Beach! Thanks to our gracious Host, it will not be our last, we will definitely book the same location our next visit . Our accommodations were heavenly, from the sign on the front door “Home” to the warm, quaint, cozy, functional, and welcoming decor inside, everything was clean and comfortable! We truly felt at home and at peace. No detail was left unnoticed, to the comfy furniture and extra amenities, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. We received wonderful recommendations for the area. We patronized many of the locations listed; Myrtle Beach, Broadway On The Beach, Eggs Up, Donald’s, Rip Tydz , the House of Blues, and more. We were not disappointed, there was not enough time In a day to do the many other recommendations. We lost a vacation day to Hurricane Idalia. We hankered down, played board games, which were provided at the condo and cooked in the well stocked kitchen. Location is everything, the condo is centrally located to many things, which was a plus, the beach, shopping and eating. Let’s not mention being on the golf course, and easy accessible pools on the property. Much gratitude to the host for making our vacation a success, we highly recommend staying here on your visit to Myrtle Beach ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ a home away from home!
