Quick trip
Check in process could have been easier. I was sent several messages about adding insurance, however when the rental agreement didn’t go though as I had thought, I was not contacted, meaning I could not get the door code from arrival time at 1:30 am until 8am. This wouldn’t have been an issue except we had kids with us out that late. While I do understand my fault it not verifying, if I could be sent several unnecessary messages/text, I should have been made aware. My deposit was also drafted before the rental agreement was signed. The room also needs a very good walk though by management as the bathroom door is broken, a lot of rust on appliances, a broken shelf, and other general cleaning issues. Also the bed frame is out of place and my son cut his leg on the protruding rail. It was a decently clean place to stay for one night, but overall we are not happy.
