Welcome to The Sea Gem, a 1-bedroom condo with ocean views at Blue Water Villas. Everything in the unit is new, down to the silverware! The views are beautiful. Public beach access across the street, allowing a 2-minute walk to the beach, walk to pickle ball/basketball/tennis, restaurants, and mini golf. NON-SMOKING, very clean, private balcony.Brand new King-size bed & queen sofa sleeper. Highchair/packnplay/toddler ware. The kitchen is stocked for basic cooking. All fresh linens included. Enjoy all amenities at Blue Water Resort for no fee. WIFI! Two free parking spots. 10 min drive to most favorite attractions! The cleaning fee is $100 per stay.
