Myrtlewood Condo 1 Mile To Beach - Feel At Home.

My place is a 2nd floor condo approximately one mile to Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach is just blocks away with all sorts of family friendly activities as well as great night life! Beautiful views of the golf course and close to a multitude of restaurants with fine dining or casual cuisine. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Parking space right in front of the condo. The pool and barbecue area is right across the parking lot! There is a $200.00 damage deposit for this property. It will be refunded 7 days after reservation if condo is left undamaged. This deposit will be forfeited if SMOKING occurs in the unit. The condo is SMOKE FREE. There are guests out there that think this rule doesn't apply to them. Thanks for understanding. Lisa

Great communication, friendly, quick responses, and overall a pleasure to work with. Will be coming back!! It’s 10 - 20 minutes to everything and easy traffic.
10 minutes from our stay is the Boardwalk. Beautiful view, lots to do.
Never seen these types of squirrels in WI. They are called Fox Squirrels
Ripley’s Aquarium about 10 minutes away from stay!

The TV did not work in the living room, the left side of the sink was stopped up due to the the disposal system, the dishwasher was filled with water after finish washing the first night there in the master bedroom was a water bug/cockroach not enough paper towels provided nor a mop was not provided. We had to go and get a mop for our stay. Host complain about having non-perishable items in fridge. Had to go buy bigger pots and all dishes had to be clean again upon arrival

This property was awesome. Very clean and convenient to all attractions. Property owner answered all questions and was very helpful. She even suggested some wonderful places for dinner. Had absolutely the best time. Would definitely recommend this property. Love it!

The condo is exactly as pictured! Everything you need for a beach vacation, just like a home away from home. Lisa was great and professional, gave very clear instructions for check in. We will most definately be coming back. Several pools around to take a swim and barbecue. This condo is 5 minutes from the main attractions at Broadway at the Beach.
