Perfect Stay

Condo was even better than expected. Spotless, well kept and beautifully decorated. Many unexpected extras like Keurig coffee tabs, plenty of TV offerings and other small but appreciated accessories. Location also very convenient to golf, downtown and beaches. Would stay there again in a minute.

Home away from home (2 miles from the beach)

Love your beautiful home and the proximity to the beach. Having all the extra things: baby crib, board games, air fresheners, cleaning supplies, aluminum foil, cooking utensils, washing detergent (had mine own), but you guys thought of everything to make our home away from home - perfect!

Everything about the property was excellent! We had the best time and the layout was perfect! There were some board games left at the property to use and thought it would be nice to leave something as well so we bought a chess and checker set! If we are ever in need of a place in Myrtle Beach this will be it!

We will book again!

Our family was there for our daughter’s dance competition and the location was perfect. Everything was so nice and accommodating! This was by far the best family friendly place we have stayed in all the years vacationing at Myrtle. We loved sitting in the sunroom that overlooked the pond and walking path. Art was very quick to respond to any questions we had! We had a wonderful week!

Immaculate Magnolia Point Condo

We just returned from a a wonderful 2 week stay at the most comfortable, clean and absolutely beautufl Magnolia Point Condo. This was our second stay at this rental and we just adore everything it has to offer. New this visit was gorgeous flooring throughout (as someone who uses both a walker and wheelchair, this new feature made mobility so easy). The walk-in-shower with a built in bench is amazing as well! The host Art is so accomodating and provides everything you need for a wonderful holiday!!

Nice and quiet. Can smoke out side. I am ocd with cleaning and this was not bad at all. . Very roomy. Not far from attractions. Would stay again. Price not bad at all. Beds clean and comfortable. Felt like I was home. Was bigger than what pictures show. Thank you.

Myrtle beach golf vacation

We were quite impressed from the start with the ease of booking , communication, and property in general. The unit was clean and supplied everything we needed. Location near the 2 Myrtlewood golf courses was perfect. Grocery store and shopping were within minutes. There were bike , walking trails along the Intercoastal waterway close by. Broadway at the beach was 5 minutes away and beach about 15 min We would highly recommend this place and will stay again. 😊

Awesome all around!

The property was better than advertised. So clean and spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their accommodations including the kids sharing a room. Very well outfitted with all kinds of appliances to make it convenient. Plenty of pools to choose from, close to the main drag and close to the beach. The whole process was so easy and the check in and out was so easy. The only thing we didn't like was the upstairs tenants were very loud late and early morning, but I know that you can't control for that rental. All in all a great experience.

Magnolia Pointe Paradise

What an absolutely clean, well stocked, roomy and gorgeous rental!!! We just returned from a spectacular 2 week stay at Magnolia Pointe in North Myrtle Beach. I needed a rental that was handicap accessible and this did not disappoint!! The accessibility of both the washroom and the entire unit met all my needs and I am so grateful!! 40th Wedding Anniversary

The property was better than the picture exposed. We drove from Florida to spend a quite week & celebrate our 40th anniversary & we did just that. Our first plans were canceled due to hurricane Ian so instead of Tampa we headed to Myrtle Beach. There were minor issues but Art was great in communicating with me whenever I needed him. If we ever in the area again we will stay here.

Family Vacation

There were 6 of us ladies and the accommodations were perfect. Enough sleeping space for everyone, the house was beautiful, well kept, close to everything and an overall a relaxing space. Perfect sized kitchen with everything there that we needed to prepare meals. On the second day, one of my family members was already planning another trip because they enjoyed the space so much. Thanks to the owner who made themselves available during our stay. I would definitely love to come visit Myrtle Beach again and stay here.

Great Trip

This property was excellent. Clean, fresh, well stocked. We took advantage of the board games, the screen porch and the stocked kitchen. Communication was great. We went with another couple and 2 of our teenagers and definitely had a great time!
