This condo offers a stunning ocean view from the balcony and is situated on the 15th floor of Sands Ocean Club. The unit includes one king bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC, Sands Ocean Club provides various amenities such as heated pools, a private ocean balcony, lazy river, hot tubs, and free WiFi.

Additionally, the resort is conveniently located near Ocean Annies, offering live beach music and a great atmosphere. It's also a short drive from popular attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Other amenities include a mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and a private bathroom.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This unit won't have access to the fitness center.
- All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not.
- Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use luggage carts.

HOA's new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
- Verification will be handled by Big Fish Rentals and Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must submit the requested details to Big Fish Rentals and present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation at the Front Desk for check-in.
- Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.

Please keep in mind that this condo is privately owned and should be treated with the same care and respect as your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.

the room itself was great!!! was just as pictures described. Overall a great place to stay for the price. The vibe was fun and there was live music poolside the whole trip!!! The resort is older and shows its age in some areas but was always clean and as well kept as it could be. I would stay there again. The only issue was with the odd verification process with the rental company. once that was handled we were good to go
