If you’re looking a for a safe quiet place look no where else. My family and I have been staying in Myrtle beach for years and this was by far the safest and most refreshing place we’ve stayed. If you shopped before you came on the grounds you honestly have no need to go anywhere else. Just know pool closes at 8 and the quiet hours are at 10.

Wonderful, clean place to stay.

Overall my entire family loved our stay. The location to the beach was amazing and the view from the room was much better than i anticipated. Everything was very clean. The only thing that was lacking was the bedding and mattresses. The sheats were thin and papery almost plastic like, and the mattresses were slightly sloped and not that comfortable. Honestly though that was not a deal breaker for us as everything else was perfect.

End of summer vacay

This place is exactly like the ad. No surprises. It was clean and beautiful. Our favorite was the shower. We fought over it. The room is central to the pools and waterpark. We all loved our stay. It was so nice to stay in a place with easy check in and just overall clean and welcoming. Everyone loved the balcony. Thank you for helping make our short end of summer vacay one for the books.

Great week in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I brought my family for almost a week and stayed. The location was very convenient and the beach was quiet compared to in front of other buildings. The unit itself was very clean and couch extremely comfortable. The sheets were very rough like paper almost, but the beds were still ok. The kitchen was missing some basic items like drain stoppers and towels to dry dishes. There wasn't a dustpan either and the vacuum didn't work well. The water pressure and temperature of the showers was excellent. I appreciate the access to the other properties and the pools were ok. We missed a lazy river and the hot tub was full of kids and not that warm. Some of the communication after reserving could be improved, but wasn't bad. I like to know a lot of information up front not wait on emails right before. The folder inside the unit had all the information I needed and appreciate they proceed contact information for two different people. I'd definitely come back and stay! The negatives were truthfully minor quibbles.

Another great trip to Kingston Plantation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay at Kingston Plantation in the past 3 years. It’s a great resort! The pools are all gray, the beach isn’t over crowded, to condos are nice. We love it there! 1201 South Hampton is in a great location in the building. It’s on the back corner so you can see the ocean and also the sunset from your balcony. The shower in the master is wonderful! It’s huge and has phenomenal water pressure. My only “complaint” would be that the kitchen was very sparsely stocked. It technically had the things you might need but it was all super cheap. Like the measuring cup was so flimsy that it couldn’t hold the weight of a cup of sugar. The spatulas were dollar tree quality. Those kind of things. And the floors were VERY sandy and not clean on the day we checked in. My husband did find a broom and swept them but that wasn’t a great thing. However the TVs were all smart TVs, so that’s a major plus! Overall we had another fantastic family vacation.
