Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet FIRST FLOOR 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located in the highly sought after Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool right off private balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

This condo is located near Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, The Ripken Experience, Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Ripley's Aquarium, Pirates Voyage, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, Coastal Carolina University, Market Common and much much more!

Comfortably sleeps 4 (One king bed in master bedroom and one pull out sofa in living room). Sheets and towels (6 towels / 6 wash clothes) are provided. Washer/Dryer available in condo for your use!

Weekend getaway

Really like the Myrtlewood area when we go down for a weekend. Clean, quiet, and close to activities we like to do. This visit we attended the Western murder theater dinner show and thoroughly enjoyed. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great Myrtle Beach Stay!

Excellent condo in central Myrtle Beach near everything. This is the perfect place to stay for a golf or shopping vacation. The condo was clean and well equipped and the owner was great! Easy check in, clean unit, comfortable bed, communication was terrific and it was minutes from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and relaxing

We love staying here, it’s our second time staying here and we couldn’t be happier. The location is great, close to everywhere we love to go. The condo was immaculate and beautiful inside and out. The pool was so relaxing. Would recommend this condo to anyone going to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for any event or activity you may want to do in the grand strand. Very close to activities, golf, and groceries. Lots of sidewalk to take walks and minutes from the beach. I would highly recommend this location.

Great relaxing stay

My stay at the Vrbo was wonderfully relaxing and felt just like home—a home where I apparently forgot to buy trash bags and soap! Otherwise, it was perfect. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway with all the comforts of home…minus a stocked cleaning supply cabinet and personal items.

Myrtle beach vacation

The property and manager were great. The condo was a great place to stay. 5 minutes away from everything you want and do. Visiting the myrtle beach park was amazing. My 11 years old grandson didn't want to leave.

While at CCMF

I stayed at Cheris condo while working at CCMF. It was in a great neighborhood. I didn't have to worry about coming home at night by myself. The place was very clean. The stay was comfortable with a side of good sleep :)
