Location, location, location....109A!!!! Newly Renovated and Decorated 2023!

Enjoy the relaxing ocean view from the newly decorated, freshly painted, first floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the front of 'A' Building, mere footsteps from the awesome Atlantic Ocean!!! The condo is approximately 1000 square feet of spacious living. It is fully equipped to ensure guests enjoy the southern comforts of home that Myrtle Beach Resort has to offer.

From the large private balcony, you will enjoy the beautiful ocean view!! Awake early and enjoy your coffee viewing the sunrise over the ocean, but oooh in the afternoon sitting and relaxing is awesome.

For your time indoors, the condo has just recently (2023) been renovated, painted, and completely re-decorated! It contains a family suite, complete with a wall-mounted 55' HDTV. The kitchen has all the appliances of the home and a large dining table seating for five.

The master suite is completely furnished including a king-size bed and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen/xl twin bunk bed, dresser, and a mounted 32' flat-screen TV.

The condo is an end unit on the first floor (great for the young and old) with no need for elevators or stairs!!! The unit is mere steps from the front ocean pool and that wonderful sandy beach.

The Myrtle Beach Resort is a gated community nestled on 33 acres and is conveniently located in the very south end of the famous Myrtle Beach, away from the congestion of the strip, yet close to the area's best restaurants and major attractions. The landscaping of the resort is beautiful and has the amenities to make your vacation a paradise!!!

Great little get away spot

Beach vacation

We were very pleased with our stay, everything was great. We loved being only a few steps away from the beach. The pools were very nice. The condo was very well kept, clean and just as listed. We already booked our stay for next year at the same place.

Amazing

My family and i stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had an amazing time. It is conveniently located to restaurants and a ahort drive to shop. The condo was exactly as described.

Clean and Comfortable Condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was very easy. It is located steps from the beach and pool. We enjoyed the restaurant on site and there is an arcade and ice cream shop at the community right next door that you can easily access. The resort itself was under heavy construction and several things were not accessible. It took 17 days to get our deposit back which was making me nervous, but it was refunded. Overall it was a really nice stay and close enough to everything

Great Condo/Location for families

We really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. Pros are location to the beach(you are literally right there at it), cleanliness of condo, easy check in/out process, plenty of pools and hot tubs, and beach bar, AND it is wheelchair accessible. If I had to say something negative, all I could really say is the laundry facilities on site aren’t great. Our clothes smelled funny after using them. And the second bedroom did not have very much storage for clothes or a closet. But other than that, this was a fantastic find, and we plan to stay here again in the future.

Great location a very short walk to the beach and pools.

The location is fabulous! The beach is a very short walk from your door. There are multiple pools to choose from and a lazy river. We walked the whole property looking for a hot tub that was hot - and were not successful. We found 3 and they were all like bath water that had gotten too cold. That was a bummer. The condo was very clean and comfy. There were no beach towels provided but there are beach toys and chairs. There is a beach umbrella that worked but has seen better days and didn't work well. The beds were comfy and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked w/anything you need to cook or bake. Overall I would definitely go here again. We went in early October and it was beautiful.

Nice vacation with our grand son

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Our grand son was particularly happy to sleep in a queen bed and have a tv in his bedroom. The condo is generally well equipped, including a beach umbrella and beach chairs, as well as beach toys for kids. It had enough dishes, glasses , etc. Salt and pepper, and a few more dishwasher pods would have been useful, as these are not things you want to buy when you are there for just a few days. The balcony is large but the sea view is minimal;it really overlooks a parking lot and the camping ground waterpark, where loud, very loud, music is played from 9-10 am till after 9 at night...which explains why we did not use the balcony at all. It would also be useful to have a document that explains where things are: washer-dryer (we did not find them), Galley restaurant, convenience store, supermarkets, good restaurants, etc... The resort itself is kid friendly, with several pools, a lazy river, etc but the beach was disappointing as the waves are big and make it basically impossible to swim, with the red flag being raised every day. Communications with Mandee was excellent. She responded very quickly to my messages and a very small repair that was needed was done within 24 hours, on a Sunday !

Summer Vacation

Our property owner was Mandee and she was very easy to work with, very informative and very accurate on how much fun the kids were going to have. The kids are already planning for next years trip and hopefully we will be accepted back at Mandee’s condoThe condo was perfect snd the pool and beach were much needed. Can’t wait to come back.

Property was very nice. I didn’t like the fact that you had hidden fees until check out. House keeping and insurance. Do I get the insurance money back because nothing was harmed?
