Large yard with water access & floating dock/kayak launch. One block from beach

"Grandma's Treehouse" is the perfect choice for a family vacation getaway located on a saltwater channel and only steps to the ocean in beautiful Cherry Grove Beach, a section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Superb location! We're on the same street as Cherry Grove's public boat access and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. The preserve's walking trail leads you through the marshland with spectacular views and wildlife sightseeing opportunities. Ideal for a morning run or relaxing walk with the kids.

For guests that don't want to bother buying or packing them, we have beach chairs available for rent. Please ask for more details if interested.

Available to you is our backyard decks and floating dock with incredible waterway views that flows out to the marshland. The dock also provides access to fish, launch and dock your kayak or jet-ski. Outside you will also discover a charcoal grill, picnic table, lounge chairs, and patio furniture. Perfect for hosting channel front barbeques for your family and friends. Or, you may prefer to just relax in the cool shade under the house in the rockers or swing.

This large corner lot provides ample paved parking for up to 5 cars and/or boat & trailer parking.

Grandma's Treehouse comes with all the conveniences of home such as Roku enabled TVs in all bedrooms giving you access to Spectrum cable and streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Video, HBO Now etc....

Our home also includes full home WiFi, comfortable furnishings, pillow top mattresses, full size washer/dryer, tile bathrooms, full kitchen, full-size appliances, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The master suite features a private access to the rear deck overlooking the waterway.

1. There are two outside cameras for the security of our guests and protection of the property. One is viewing only the driveway and another viewing only the backyard.

2. Travel Insurance:
To protect your travel investment, especially during hurricane season (June-November), we strongly encourage travel insurance that covers hurricanes, tropical storms and/or other inclement weather as outside of the applicable cancelation policy, we do not offer additional weather related refunds unless the City of North Myrtle Beach or the State of SC issues a mandatory Evacuation Order.

Great place with even better owners!

Loved the property! Clean, quiet, and cozy! Owners were great at responding and answering questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay outside of the bustling touristy areas! It's not too far from everything but just far enough to be away.

Bachelor trip

This stay was a group of young gentlemen for a bachelor trip to do some deep sea fishing. The guys had a wonderful time and were complimenting how nice the house was. They were pleased with the location and quietness of the area.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at grandmas treehouse and couldn’t be happier. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. The deck was perfect for hanging out and the proximity to the beach was perfect. Communication was fast and easy. We definitely recommend this property!

Easter weekend

We enjoyed our stay at grandma tree house. We went down with my parents my sister and twin girls we had so much fun. Wonderful location and the house was amazing. So much room and very clean. Will definitely go to this location again on our next trip. The owner was wonderful and always respond back so quickly.

Back to the beach!

Our friends used to always go to north Myrtle each summer until marriages and kids got in the way.This year, after several years of not going, we were able to go to grandma’s treehouse! We love it we love the location. We love the house lots of outdoor space to enjoy!

Wonderful property!

We had a great time at Grandma’s treehouse. Outdoor furniture galore - to allow outside dining and sitting and enjoying the morning coffee or evening time. This was our first time to Myrtle Beach and we really enjoyed it! Cherry Grove beach is quiet and we were 1 block from the beach! Very nice!

Great location

I absolutely loved swinging in the morning while drinking my coffee. The home is on a corner lot where you can people watch, you’re close to the beach access and I would recommend renting the chairs they have on site. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of seating inside and outside. Communication was too notch, and we’ll definitely be back!

The home owner keeps the property up to date, in good repair, and accommodates both inside and outside activities. Thought had been put into safety, outside lighting, and overall function of the house and property. Some recommendations would be that the front water hose be put back into operating condition; towel racks for drying be placed in or near the bathrooms, and that housekeeping organizes kitchen utensils and cooking equipment in between renters. The kitchen sink area and related drain stoppers need a sanitized/bleached cleaning in between renters. We put the dish drying rack and stoppers, etc., through the dishwasher when we got there and when we left, and tried to clean the sink area as best we could with what we brought with us. Otherwise the house presented as clean, fresh, and welcoming. We were happy with our stay and appreciated the short walk to the beach with beautiful weather every day of our vacation! The owner communicated promptly with us from reservation throughout check in!
