Direct Oceanfront- Step to the beach! Pool & Lazy River-Slps-6

This stylish one-bedroom condo is located on the 12th floor in the North Tower. You’ll love the beautiful ocean view that this tower provides! This condo has been renovated 1-2025 with all-new style furnishings, flooring, paint, and decor for all the comforts of home. The living area has endless oceanfront views. The sofa pulls out to a Queen-size (memory foam) bed.
The balcony looks out to the Atlantic Ocean direct ocean front.

Welcome, Snowbirds! Monthly rates are offered at a discounted rate. Please send a message to inquire.

At Seawatch, the parking garage is on the same side of the street unlike many resorts in the area! Please note that golf carts and trailers are NOT allowed on the property by Seawatch. Motorcycles are allowed from September 1 to April 30.

A parking pass will need to be displayed in your mirror once gathered from the unit.

There are plenty of luggage carts available. Please return to the designated areas after use.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice and clean. Loved the full kitchen. I didn’t need anything else. Poolside was very pleasant. The Tiki Bar was fabulous. The burgers at the Tiki Bar were great. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Location, location.

Excellent location. Perfect setup for a short stay. Less convenient for a longer stay ( which we had) as it’s very small, not a lot of closet space, limited seating for dining. Doesn’t have a washer/dryer which is needed for linen changes.

Family Vacation

Overall it was a great stay. As a Mother who cooks everyday the kitchen was perfect ! More Paper Towels and Toilet Paper would have been great . Especially for that many people and that many days . Also a broom or vacuum. Especially with kids coming in and out from the beach . But other than that the stay was perfect. Beautiful View and Property

Good for short stay

We stay 1 month for golf and beach. The place was too small for this long stay. The room is ok, but the kitchen is so small and not so well equip. Oven is too old. The worse is that there is no table with chair. Only a kind of counter with two bench. I didn't realize that on pictures. However the place is very clean and I would stay there for a week or a long week end

Great place!

Great place. Plenty of places to sleep. Love that there were lots of pillows and blankets. Also love that it has a keypad instead of a key to get in the room. Makes it easier to come and go.

Excellent stay!

I booked 2 nights at the memorial day weekend, my family and I spent an amazing time. The unit matches the description exactly. Very clean and fun for kids and adults. The view is awesome! The communication was great and easy, the check-in was quick. I definitely recommend.

Smaller than what I imagined

The good: Great view and location. Oceanfront. Lots of supplies available within room. The bad: my check in instructions were “ the keys are under the mat” and the address took me to a RV park instead of the resort. I had to get directions and go down to the next street which was not the name of the street in the address. We got to room 1206 and someone was already there checked in. That was the in the South tower. Apparently there are 2 towers with the same room numbers. Which tower the room was in was not stated in the directions either. Finally get to our room in The north tower and there is no key under the mat. Called Elise and she was not very friendly and even sounded as if she was bothered by the fact that I was confused on the check in process when I had be given the wrong instructions to begin with. I had to call her 3 separate times just to get into the condo. Then we get in and yes the condo sleeps 8 but I would not compare this to a high quality condo, this was a room with two beds, a tiny hallway with a kitchen. And a small living area with a balcony. Yes it has the potential to sleep 8 but that’s only if you plan to sleep and nothing else. You can not even walk through the kitchen if the refrigerator door is open. This was not a big issue. I know at Myrtle beach prices are higher and lodging is smaller. Then we checked out after doing the dishes and sweeping the floors, which is what I would usually do (since these condos do come with a cleaning service fee) and hours later, Elise sends me a message that the place was left in a mess, which is just not true. Im sorry, but if you expected it to be spotless and not have to use a cleaning company then maybe a cleaning fee shouldn’t be charged or you should state in the check out directions that the condo must be clean prior to leaving.

July Trip!

We had an awesome stay at Elise’s place! The room was right on the beach and the hotel was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Check in and checkout was super easy. We would love to stay here again!
