Everything was exceptional and would definitely recommend for staying. Everything was in driving and walking distance and the communication and check in process with host was great and communicated within a timely manner. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Vacation rental

The location was great … not far from the beach and close to other attractions. The management was responsive to anything we needed. It was a little smaller than we expected but was still sufficient for our needs. The rental was cute inside.

Softball Tournament stay

We had several families staying in 2 of the units for a softball tournament. The location was very convenient to the softball fields, beach, and walking distance to several nice restaurants. The unit was clean and well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Vacation 2024

The place had plenty of room for our large group and was very clean. The host left snacks as well as milk and cereal, which made our first morning there so much easier. Communicating with the host was made very sinple. All in all we were very happy with our stay and will definitely use this host and location another time.

Everything was nice

The apartment was so nice and the property manager was as well. He made sure that we had everything that we needed. I’ve never stayed anywhere that already had cereal, milk and snacks available when I arrived.

Blown away by the property and surrounding area. Minutes walk to the beach and shopping. The small touches such as breakfast, towels, personal hygiene items and beach items to use during our stay was appreciated. Will be coming back!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the little touches like the local snacks upon arrival!The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Perfect Beach Stay - Thoughtful Touches & Great Host

We had a great stay at this Myrtle Beach Vrbo! The home was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast items like cereal, milk, muffins, snacks, chips, and even coffee creamer and a full spice rack—way more than your typical Vrbo! The host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us a later check-out. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a well-stocked and welcoming stay near the beach!

Really great trip. The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and fully stacked with all the amenities that you would need. Property manager answered calls and was quick to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Better side of a Myrtle Beach

The location was great. It felt like we could get anywhere in Myrtle in 10 mins. It was a nice touch that the rental included a ton of extra necessities that we never remember to bring (e.g. soap, coffee and creamer, bottled water, even extra snacks). Plenty towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent provided - which I find most renters have inconveniently cut back on, drastically. The stay was super comfortable.

New, clean, convenient location!

Enjoyed our stay. Newer home section located off highway, but easy walk to the beach. Had lots of little necessities that were so great! Laundry detergent, soaps, milk and cereal to name a few! Bath towels and linens were provided! Beach equipment available on request! Little things not in listing were so nice!

They are knowingly renting this place out knowing it has bed bugs. Once I sent them proof of it he canceled my reservation so I couldn’t leave a review. It took me contacting VRBO to get them to let me leave a review. The host also wouldn’t give me a full refund even though we left at 12:30am and drove 3 hours home with 5 kids because we were so grossed out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this listing.

Great trip!!!

We absolutely loved this place!!! The location was so close to everything, the property was very well maintained and clean, the gentleman handling maintenance on site was super helpful, and the property manager communicated SO well with us before, during and after our stay. They provided chips and snacks, cereal, coffee, paper products, milk, water…this list goes on! Those extra touches meant so much to our family, and made the trip even better. We will definitely be coming back here to stay again!

This was a great property they leave cereal and milk and snacks I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that has done that! It was very clean and nice. The only issue we had was parking which wasn't a big enough deal that we wouldn't stay again but it could definitely be looked at to make it easier. None of the spots are reserved for the apartment you are in, for us we only had one car but because the apartments accommodate so many people lots of the others had multiple families with multiple cars so parking was an issue. Overall this place is amazing and I would definitely come back the parking was difficult but not a deal breaker the rest definitely out weighed the parking issue!! The beach being a 5 minute walk was the best for us!!

Really liked our stay!

I reserved this space for my son’s 8th birthday. We stayed for a few days and had a great time. The apartment was in a perfect location. There were so many places to eat and things to do in the area and we were also just within a 2 min walk to the beach. My only negative about the location was it just wasn’t very pretty on the outside. No beautiful outdoor views. Nothing to sit out on the deck and look at. But the place itself was pretty clean. Well stocked with waters, snacks, complimentary breakfast cereal/coffee, and body wash/shampoos in the bathrooms. The pull out couch was pretty dirty though so we ended up not using it. But everyone enjoyed their rooms nonetheless, even the kids. Would def use this place again in the future!

Everything you need...and MORE!

If you are looking for a spacious apartment to use to enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer, this is the property for you! The property is a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. Save yourself the trouble of packing beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and wagon when getting ready for your travels to SC, because this owner is gracious enough to provide all of that for you! That is a convenience that I have never received before from any VRBO property owner. Saved us the $45/day that the beach charges you to rent an umbrella and a pair of beach chairs. This owner also stocks your kitchen with Dunkin' coffee, various cereals, a case of water bottles, a bowl of grab-n-go snacks, and milk! My family was very appreciative of all of those goodies. The property itself was very clean and had ample space for our 4 adults and 2 children. We could have had at least a few more people with us, and still would have felt comfortable. There also was cleaning/maintenance staff on property for most of the day that were available to provide what we needed and answered any questions that we had. On top of all of this, the price that we paid for our stay was extremely reasonable. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! I highly recommend booking this property for your stay...but do it quickly!!!

Great trip and accomodations!!

We stayed at this property for a full week in July and it was a very clean and well stocked property!! The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed like a couple of beach chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, rolling cooler and wagon. Plus full supplies of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, towels and toilet paper. We didn't know they supplied extra toilet paper and bought more, but we didn't need to . The also supplied water, snacks, breakfast, coffee, and condiments. Anything we asked for, we were given!! We did buy 4 extra beach chairs for the beach that we left for future guests to use. We did have an issue checking in as we had the wrong address and typed in the address the payment was sent to and not the property address, but the manager went out of her way to get us to our property!!! So kind!! Absolutely great owners and managers to work with. We did have issues with the dryer drying our clothes, not sure if vent was blocked, but everything was brand new and very clean upon our arrival!! One thing that may be of help for future customers is to put blow dryers in all 3 bathrooms and full length mirrors in each bedroom so people can get ready easier!!These bedrooms are small and not a lot of room to keep suitcases on ground in them, but we just unpacked them and put clothes in dresser and closet shelves and placed suitcases upright in closets. This property is a 2 block walk to beach, but was great to do with the wagon!! We highly recommend this place and the hospitality of the owners is awesome!!! Thank you, thank you for all you did to make sure our trip was a memorable!!

Myrtle Beach Vacation

My experience renting this property was great. The communication was great, and all of my questions were answered within a matter of minutes. The Apartment is about a five minute walk to the beach. The Apartment is walking distance to Dollar General, Waffle House, N-Hop and so many other stores, etc. Me and my family had a great time.
