Nice property. Didn’t realize it was part of the Hilton hotel too. It was nice to go to the hotel bar/restaurants. Would stay there again.

Quick weekend for a cheer competition

Everything was just as described in listing! The condo was pristine, beds were comfy and the kids Loved the pools! We will stay again for sure!

Dancing the days away

The room was spectacular and the facilities were very nice. It was nice to have access to a large number of pools and easy access to the ocean.

We were even able to check-in early which was a lifesaver after a long drive from NY. When we come back to Myrtle Beach, we will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

Beautiful spot and access to beautiful beaches and pools!

Great spot and value. Loved the beach access and the resort facilities a lot. The only concern was the stove didn’t heat very quickly for cooking and we did a lot of meals as a family in the condo.

Beautiful place!

We loved this condo! It was very spacious and very clean. It was stocked well with what we needed. We loved the new Currents water park and pool area. We also used and enjoyed the Hilton pool and hot tubs right in front of the condo. Check in was very smooth and property management was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay here again.

The unit was fantastic. The service...not so much. My 16 year old niece left her wallet in the room. We called when we were halfway home to PA and nobody was helpful. Kingston Team members ignored our plea for help. Housekeeping took our call but provided zero follow up. Overall highly disappointed in the conclusion after what was a fantastic trip in a wonderful clean condo. We would have gladly permitted them to keep the cash and even paid them just to have her license returned, but nobody cares.

Great space!

We were two families staying at this property, in total 5 adults. We had more than enough room to accommodate us. Balcony is great size, with a great view. Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. In suite laundry was great. Shuttle service to amenities was very handy. Wish the bed in the primary was a little softer with better bedding and pillows. That being said you can see the ocean from the bed. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Location! Location! and a Great Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week with our son's family. We appreciated access not only to the beach but to the various pools, restaurants, the water park that Hilton and Embassy Suites offered. The new waterpark was so fun for our grands (ages 13-5). The cabana rental enhanced the time spent there and gave the 8 of us welcomed shade and a respite when we wanted it. We didn't need to leave to "go and do" things because so much was available there.The property was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and well maintained. Having a third bathroom was commendable. We definitely recommend this to anyone considering vacationing at Myrtle Beach!!

Beautiful place! Great for family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in 907 Royale Palms. The renovation was beautiful! The unit was clean and had all the basic needs. One quick trip to Walmart for some groceries and we were set for our 5 day stay. The beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows and blankets to chose from. The kitchen had many items, coffee maker, toaster, strainers, knives etc to make our stay convenient. There were a few items that could have been better, the water pressure didn’t really allow for the three bathrooms to be used at the same time. The sliding doors to the balcony were impossible to open and I constantly got shut out. Also, leaving the door open would set off the smoke detector. So don’t keep it open. The keycard reader was very finicky but we discovered that sand was getting into it, so use the card to clear it out before you swipe and it was fine. The resort was pretty nice. There were several pools open to us at the time of our trip, they weren’t too crowded. There were several people slipping and falling on the pool deck, adults and children. The showers by the beach were off and on constantly and in need of repair. We missed the opening of the new pool and splash pad so we may revisit to check those out in the future. The indoor pool and splash pad area was really nice too on our rainy day, just a quick shuttle ride over. In closing it was a great vacation, enjoyed the resort, but it needs some updating, but this unit specifically was the highlight! Very nice job with the updates!

Overall Nice Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice however it wasn’t cleaned very well - the floors were very dirty, ceiling fans full of dust, pillow cases had blood on them. The few cooking pots in the condo were unusable - the 2 teflon fry pans were so scratched I would not use them, and the stainless steel pot was burnt to a crisp inside and unusable. There were no cooking knives in the condo and no sharp knives/steak knives. There was 1 small serrated knife. The air conditioner was not working and after calling was temporarily fixed where we would have to flip the breaker on/off to turn the air on which is not an acceptable ‘fix’ especially during the night. It was a nice condo and great location just needs a thorough cleaning, ample kitchen supplies and a permanent fix for the a/c.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for a weekend stay and the air conditioning did not work. The temp never got under 75 the entire time we were there. We had to open the sliding doors to get some air circulating. We called 2 times and spoke with someone downstairs about this but noone came to fix it. We were very disappointed in this.

Perfect for Thanksgiving!

We had a fantastic time in this unit. Total of ten family members all felt comfortable and relaxed here and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Unit was clean and nicely furnished, and we would stay here again. Owners clearly communicated with us ahead of our arrival, and we didn’t have a need to communicate during our visit.
