Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 312! This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse has all the necessary furniture, electronics, and appliances and is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach.

This rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, King-sized bed with firm mattress, desk, dresser,1080p HDTV

-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, queen-size bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds, upper twin bed only for child), dresser, 1080p HDTV

-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided

-Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, 50' HD smart TV with Ruko streaming channels and DVD player, High speed, Free Wi-Fi access (standard internet)

-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware

-Dining area: dining table seating for four, and two counter seating

-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer

-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for four

-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs

Great Beach House

My family of three spent a week at this cute beach house located just a couple of blocks from the beach. It was in a great, convenient location and the property owner was very professional to work with. The pool was very nice as well. We would recommend as a home away from home at the beach.

We had a great week-long stay in this townhouse. It was very clean and had plenty of room. Nice, full-sized washer and dryer was a plus. The owner provided all the information we needed and the property was exactly as described.

Close to beach

Location was good and easy walk to the beach. Property was good overall with enough space for our group of 8. Only negative was the walls were grimy, but the rest of the place was clean.

Loved the location

We loved your cottage. It had everything my family needed. Close to the pool just few steps away. Quite neighborhood. We enjoyed the peaceful walk to the beach. Would love to stay there again.

Great location

Location was perfect and central to what we wanted to do. We had two boys with us and they loved the bunk beds. Truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. The check-in and out instructions were very detailed.

Nice house and owner

The house is conveniently located about 2 blocks from the beach and between 5-15 minutes away from the attractions of Myrtle Beach(like the Skywheel, Alligator Adventure, Mini Golf and many restaurants). Lily is very quick to respond to any questions you may have and send you everything you need to stay at her house 1-2 weeks before your stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great stay for our family!

Overall this listing was spot on. All the amenities, how close it is to everything, Lily is quick to respond, it truly had everything you need, and we stayed for a week. This was our first time visiting myrtle beach and we are already wanting to come back in summer months and would absolutely rent this house again!Only reason I gave it a 4 in cleanliness is some of the walls could use a cleaning. Also, the wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher are not there so be careful pulling it out, but it still works! Id give the house like a 4.8 stars out of 5 overall!

Wonderful Property

My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Lily’s place. She answered fast if we had anyone questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The location of the house was perfect, it was a short walk to the beach and had a nice pool as well. It was a good amount of space and had nice appliances to use. The house was clean and organized well. I would highly recommend booking with Lily! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Adorable home

The house is in need of a deep cleaning but you don’t notice it if you aren’t looking closely. My teenage daughter has a fear of spiders so she noticed every cobweb. The staircase is a little steep but other than that the home served our family of 6 perfectly.

Cute cottage

This was a great property with plenty of room for our family. The location was great- walkable to the beach, mini golf, and some shopping. A short drive to many other areas to shop and play. Owner was quick to respond and made check in a breeze. Would stay again!
