This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three night minimum. Weekly rentals only during prime summer season.

After Christmas Vacation

Luxury Beach Home

Has everything you need for your beach trip. Clean, comfortable, updated has all the toys needed for the pool. Outside area very nice TV, Grill, lounge chairs and of course the pool. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week here with family and dogs! Beautiful, clean home! Short walk to the beach. The pool and outside seating areas were awesome! Would highly recommend renting this home! The owner, Enver, is very responsive to messages!

Wonderful Stay!!!

We had a GREAT stay at your place. It was Clean, big, and roomy. If I had to give a recommendation, it would be to put darkening curtains in the bedrooms. That way the lights from neighbors does not shine into the rooms. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to North Myrtle Beach!!!!

The home was just as advertised. Home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was nice and it was a short walk to beach. I left some items and the host was nice to mail them to my home. Highly recommend.

Great place!

We have now stayed 2 of the last 3 winters at this home!My puppy loves it as does my wife, and I love it here or I wouldn't have stayed about 6 months in 2 years. The home is clean and roomy. It is 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk to the beach bars like Murphy's. The pool was nice in April and we swam a few weeks! Great restaurants and shops and things to do all nearby!....Sorry Illinois, you lose. Also Enver is no longer a Host, after the time we spent in his place ...He is like family! what a great guy with a great family himself...Highly recommend

Family friendly Very clean and perfect location

The home was very clean and in a perfect location. Close enough to beach and shopping. The owner has thought of many details and provided extra items like Beach chairs, corn hole boards and a game room and kid and family friendly house. Very luxurious bathrooms. Kitchen ample cooking utensils and appliances. We enjoyed a very fun family weekend getaway and can’t wait to go back and stay longer next time.

Beautiful and Full of Amenities

Rented in August of 2024, we thought the home was perfect for our needs and had so many great amenities for our kids. The house was very clean, something my wife takes very seriously. The location is nice and even our young children didn't mind the walk to the beach. Definitely was better than paying $20/hour to park at the beach access. Unfortunately, our vacation was cut short thanks to the hurricane that came through the area, so we hope we will be able to return at some point and have a whole week to enjoy this house.

Love this house!!

This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful home! It has a fully stocked kitchen and large table for family meals. The pool and outside seating areas are perfect… you can lounge around the pool in the sun, or sit at the table or lounge area in the shade. We bring our dogs with us, and the outside area is the best for them as well. They stay in the shade while we swim! It's a short walk to the beach or to the grocery! Enver has been wonderful to rent from. He is very quick to respond to messages!

Spring Break 2024

This beach house had all the amenities you need for a great beach vacation. Enver was great to work with and responsive. Wish the weather would have heated the pool a bit. The only 4 star on location was because Duffy street seemed to be used as a heavy construction vehicle main road so they made a lot of noise . Clean well equipped and organized with plenty of room for every one.
