You won’t need a car to stay here. Great Food, entertainment, Boardwalk, pier and downtown shops all within walking distance. It's managed and owned by a Super Host so you can expect 5 star service. Comes with lots of upgrades such as 50" smart TV’s. Newer high quality furniture, brand new sleeper sofa, High quality linens and towels, washer and dryer, Larger Kitchen has everything you need to prepare Meals. It's perfect for couples, family and group friends of six. It's on the 10th floor, HUGE Private Round balcony with new deck furniture is perfect for watching dolphins playing, Pier 14 and Awesome fire works during holidays.

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable condo! Very well furnished. Perfect ocean views, and a short walk to the boardwalk attractions! It’s in the smaller of the two buildings with an open lot next door so there are very few people on this part of the beach. No need to het up early and reserve a spot!! Excellent owners and great communication. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Mr. And Mrs. Major for helping us with a wonderful vacation!!
