Take a look at this one of a kind, recently updated, one bedroom oceanfront condo located on the 8th floor of the Landmark Resort! Offering all of the comforts of home, this property features a queen sized bed, a murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating a total of 6 guests.

Guests will enter the condo into the bedroom area. This portion of the condo features a queen sized bed. Guests will have a dresser to unpack and store their belongings, with a tv situated on top for catching up on your favorite shows during your stay!

Just past the bedroom area is the full kitchen! This space offers stunning granite countertops and an abundance of top and bottom cabinets, making putting your groceries away a breeze. A stove and oven, mounted microwave, sink, dishwasher, and a full sized refrigerator are also available for your use. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are an exceptional amount of options to choose from; many of which are a short walk / ride from the Landmark. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular in the area.

Across from the kitchen area is the bathroom. This bathroom has a unique layout that provides extra privacy and convenience. Entering the bathroom, guests will notice the granite vanity counter top and sink, with a large mirror that spans across the entire wall. A toilet and small cabinet are also available in here. There is another door that separates the sink and toilet area from the shower area. The shower is a shower/tub combination.

Further along into the condo, guests will make their way into the living area. This space is by far the most relaxing, and brightest portion of the condo! Guests will find the dining table which provides seating for four! There is a sofa that folds out into a sleeper sofa, situated across from an entertainment stand will a wall mounted flat screen tv above it! An accent chair is available for additional seating, and a stylish end table with a lamp provides an extra touch of cozy ambiance. There is also a murphy bed, that folds down from the wall into a double sized mattress. Off of the living area is the private balcony. Take a step outside and take in the stunning direct oceanfront views!

The Landmark Resort itself is packed with amenities that make it a guest favorite year after year. You'll have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, arcade, and more. Whether you're lounging poolside, floating along the lazy river, or enjoying a soak in the hot tub, there's something here for everyone. Stay connected with complimentary resort cable and Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of everything you need, all in one place.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
