Beachy Oceanfront Condo with stunning views! Pet friendly, relaxing getaway!

Come sit back, relax, and enjoy a beachfront condo vacation in North Myrtle Beach! This unit is on the 5th floor.

- One of the biggest oceanfront balconies on the beach with a stunning view of the ocean, Cherry Grove Pier, sunrises and sunsets over the ocean.

- The kitchen, living room, and master bedroom each have eight foot sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony. We love to relax out there and watch the people, dolphins, and ocean.

-The unit is tile throughout with an updated, fully-equipped kitchen with blender, toaster, dishwasher, ice maker, gadgets, etc.

-Short walk to the Cherry Grove Pier, grocery store, and oceanfront bars and restaurants.

- I am willing to rent to well-behaved pet owners - please let me know ahead of time what type of dog you are bringing (fees apply).

-Towels and Sheets are provided for a $120 fee. Please let me know if you'd like to add this service to your stay.

Another great stay

We have stayed in the Shalimar the last few years and love it. Fantastic corner room for looking at the ocean and beach and dog friendly makes the unit perfect. We like the location being a bit less busy but still close to everything. Scott is a pleasure to work with and I wish we could stay longer. Looking forward to next year.

Great vacation

We loved our stay at this unit. There was so much space in all the rooms, kitchen and the balcony. Terrific views from the massive balcony, and we love the Cherry Grove area. We highly recommend this condo and plan on returning next year.

Great location being right on the beach. The view of the ocean and fireworks was just spectacular. This is our second time staying here and will do it again. Steve is a great host and even fixed a minor repair himself while we were there.

The property is in the perfect location and it is just the right size and has the right amenities for a relaxing beachfront vacation. We really enjoyed our vacation. This was our second time staying here. Would love to do it again next summer.

A great place to enjoy the beach

The condo was great, very clean and nicely appointed. Everything worked ( a rarity in rental units) and Scott was a gracious host. The location is perfect, walking distance to Boulineau's and the Cherry Grove pier that hopefully will be repaired soon. Looking forward to future stays.

We look so forward to spending time at Scott's condo! You truly can't ask for a nicer place. There is every you need, although we really eat out most of the time. Nice area in NMB, that you get away from the huge crowds, yet close to everything!

Relaxing visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Shalimar. The condo is clean and very nice and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed seeing the gorgeous ocean out the condo windows and balcony. We especially loved our beach walks every day with our precious small dog. We also ate some delicious meals at our favorite restaurants too. Very relaxing and pleasant visit!

Fun Spring break trip

This condo was very nice. Perfect size for our family. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The condo is right on the beach. The location was great because restaurants and grocery store were in walking distance. This unit is pet friendly. We decided not to bring our dog but this helped in choosing this unit. I would recommend the area very peaceful.

Another Perfect Vacation

We have stayed in both of Scott's units over the last 6 years or so. This time we stayed in 5A. It always feels like we're coming home when we stay at Shalimar. The units are so spacious, with everything we need for a comfortable vacation. One of our favorite aspects is the balcony overlooking beautiful Cherry Grove Beach and the pier. Scott is very accessible and makes sure his guests are well-taken care of. We have many reasons for continuing our relationship with Scott.

Great family getaway

The condo is spacious and the balcony overlooking the ocean/beach is huge. The view from it is beautiful. We spent a lot of time outside on it enjoying the weather. The kitchen is well stocked with things you may need to use. The bedrooms are spacious and in one of them we even had a portable playpen. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo along with 2 full bathrooms. The location is good and is walking distance to stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again. 😎

Family vacation with dog

We thoroughly enjoyed the location and accommodations. The only major problem we encountered was that the elevator was broken down daily, we were on the fifth floor, and two of us are over 65 and have knee and hip complications. The day of checkout required three trips up and down the stairs to get packed up for departure. The maintenance man, Tony, was wonderful! The place was clean and everything we expected. The listing did say there was a hot tub as an amenity, but there is not one on the property. Overall, the trip was fantastic!!!

Perfect condo and oceanfront view.

We had an amazing week in condo 5A. Even though there were elevator issues this week, Scott was very responsive and even offered to help us unload our vehicles, up 5 flights of stairs. (Wow, we've never had a property owner be so courteous!!). Thankfully the issue was fixed and we couldn't have asked for a better week!. If you want the most beautiful view from the large balcony, then this is the condo for you!! We will definitely be back!
