One with two queen beds and a king bed in the master. This condo also has two full bathrooms - one with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The dining room and full kitchen with granite counter tops complete with dishwasher and washer / dryer. The living room comes with a queen size sofa bed to make sleeping arrangements a breeze. This room also comes with 3 TVs and 3 DVDs and free wireless internet.

Spring Break 2025

Awesome property for a family vacation. My teens loved the beachfront experience. My 7 year old could not get enough of the indoor water park. Our condo was just as listed with a great view. Great food on site, breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!! We will be returning.

Excellent Spot!

Everything was awesome! We had no problems or issues. Everything I saw online was spot on. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when I needed to adjust the dates. So many activities and the indoor pools were a life saver considering it rained the entire time of our stay. I couldn't have been happier!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Our favorite part was the wrap around porch and windows that went from end to end of the entire condo. Everything we needed was in the condo. It was great to have washer and dryer and all the plates/utensils we needed. All we had to bring were personal items and food! We would book here again. Thank you so much!

The property was nice and accurately depicted in the listing. I chose this place because of the design/layout of the room. It is a very spacious and open living area with a full kitchen and floor to ceiling windows throughout the living area and master bedroom. It’s oceanfront and the neighborhood is nice. I gave 4 stars for location only because you have to drive to all of the attractions in the area.

Our experience was as easy as it gets. Our travel plans put us in MB late on a Friday night. No worries...The front desk was opened, people were friendly and the stay was great. Highly recommend.

Fun family trip for local soccer tournament

Our family staid at Dunes while in town for my son's soccer tournament. The kids LOVED the waterpark in between games. It was hard to pull them away. Our room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. We hope to be back.

Clean and nice property

Easy to check in. Clean property. Access to all pools was very easy and not a far walk. Pictures made it seem a little bigger than it actually is…But that didn’t stop us from enjoying the place. The bathrooms were very spacious and good water pressure. Close distance to the beach. Parking deck was right across the road and we didn’t mind the short walk. Would stay here again.

Great Spot

We had a fabulous long weekend here. Our unit was very clean and well stocked. My teenagers had fun on the waterslides in the south tower. Saturday the indoor pools and slides were rather crowded but it was nice enough outside for us to stay out in the beach and by the outdoor pool.They were great about letting us stay and play on the day we checked out, holding our bags for us as our flight was not until later in the evening.My only complaint was the thin blankets on the bed and when we asked for heavier blankets we were given another thin blanket.

Dance convention

The address to the property was not accurate in the email but after calling to get the correct information, all was well. Room was nice and clean but needed a new chair. The one in the room was a little warn with a few tears. Wish we had time to enjoy all of the amenities but the dance convention prevented that. Will definitely be back.

Beach getaway

We went during an early spring break for the weather was cool most of the week but the indoor amenities were a hit with the kids. In the last day we were there it warmed up enough to be at outdoor pools and the tiki bar was opened so that was nice! The room was equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Staff came by and knocked on the door each day to see if you need towels or garbage to take out. View of ocean from the terrace was nice. Overall a great stay!

Great stay

This unit is actually in the building next door (Palmetto) and the lobby is located on the 2nd floor. But we were able to check in at the other tower. Parking garage is across the street and convenient to get in and out of. Elevators all in working order with little to no wait times. The place was as pictured and clean upon arrival. Lots of space for our family of 4 to spread out. Loved all the windows and black out curtains for sleeping. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was good. There were plenty of linens in both bathrooms and 2 rolls of toilet paper each. I only cooked breakfast but it had what I needed to do that. (A roll of paper towels would have been nice but easy enough to go buy). Refrigerator and Ice maker worked well. Having a pantry was a bonus. The newer washing machine and dryer were great! (I only stay in places with in unit laundry). Due to allergies I prefer places without carpet so I liked the upgraded LVP flooring. And the balcony was a nice place to hang out. Overall this was a great stay.
