HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to ’Coastal Haven’! This 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom professionally decorated home is a short block away from the beautiful Surfside Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. A large open kitchen/dining/living area layout allows for easy entertaining and gatherings. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. The living area comes with all the comforts of home with plush furnishings and a TV for your enjoyment; continue throughout the home and you will find inviting and open bedrooms with a TV in each as well. Exterior amenities include covered porches to relax on, a private pool, and ample parking for five vehicles.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Coastal Haven

The good: location, pool, cleanliness of bathrooms, well eguipped kitchen, the balconies were great. Not so good: when I opened the sleeper sofa, bits of dirt and crumbs fell out. The cover for the sofa mattress was dirty and stained. There were no sheets for the sleeper sofa. Had to wash mattress cover and buy a set of sheets. The property managers delivered sheets Monday morning. The area rugs in the living area are filthy. Need to be replaces.

Very Nice Property

We really enjoyed staying at this property, and overall the amenities were very nice. It's about a 3-minute walk to the beach which was incredibly doable even with very little kids. Would love an option to heat the pool as it was absolutely freezing, but other than that, we enjoyed our time here. It should also be noted that Surfside Beach itself is a great family destination! Very relaxed and quiet!

Check out problems

All was good until the day we had to leave. Didn’t have to check out till 10 and cleaning crew showed up at 7:30 while we were still sleeping. Ran out and left the door open. Then showed up at 9:30 and waited in the driveway. Annoying is an understatement.
