"We arrived at 315, no staff on site and room wasn’t ready. Came back 2 hours later to check in and got into the room. It was horrible, looked like bad emergency accommodation. Too many things wrong to even explain. The spray painted walls with overspray on the door just one thing. It was so bad that we booked another motel and left as soon as we could. Do not waste your money here, you will live to regret it!"

"Beautiful property, clean and tidy and loved all of the animals! TJ was a fantastic host and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Such a great spot to gather and unwind."
"A simple, comfortable holiday shack. Perfect for our four-generational family holiday. No wifi, so perfect for a restful break. Not beachfront, but very close. It was lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Suitable for people who enjoy a quiet, slow pace. No shops. "
"This is restful bush retreat with an environmental consciousness. A place to turn off your screens and look out onto lovely pastural views and observe the natural environment outside your door. The units are clean, bright and comfortable with the door open to fresh air. I enjoyed my tea n’ toast outside listening to the morning birdsong. Great coffee / bakery a few mins drive. Bring a good book and your walking shoes!

"Spotlessly clean, sensationally located. Cannot speak highly enough of the property. We wanted for nothing, fantastically appointed kitchen, and all throughout the property. Thank you for sharing this amazingly little Sanctuary. "

"absolutely loved it, just need more toliet paper lol! obsessed with the animals, the goat scared us and so did the chickens but wanted to take home millie with us! thank you so much "
"We booked this property for a two-week stay to visit our family. Travelling from Canada, we relied on the online description of this property, and it was very accurate. We have three grandchildren and this was the perfect location for them to play. Our children even brought bicycles; the kids could ride with Dad in the driveway and even on the roadway (only with an adult) out front. The road is not heavily travelled. The grassy areas and wrap-around deck provided ample space for long conversations while the children played.Evening and morning visits with the Kangaroos were a treat. The home came very well equipped with a good selection of everything you need for cooking and relaxing, including the TV and wifi. There is a good selection of DVDs and even a Wii gaming system in the granny flat. One thing that would be appreciated would be a larger frying pan. The one provided was unsuitable for the property, which advertises up to twelve people. Also, the BOSE sound system did not work. These would be the only improvements we could recommend. On arrival, the property was obviously well cared for and the living quarters were clean. Overall, we highly recommend this property as excellent and would return again. We spent a lot of time at various beaches, all of them very close by. Normanville, Caracalinga, Second Valley, Cape Jarvis, Rapid Bay and it’s just a short drive to Victor Harbour and Port Elliot. All of these places are worth a visit."
