"We arrived at 315, no staff on site and room wasn’t ready. Came back 2 hours later to check in and got into the room. It was horrible, looked like bad emergency accommodation. Too many things wrong to even explain. The spray painted walls with overspray on the door just one thing. It was so bad that we booked another motel and left as soon as we could. Do not waste your money here, you will live to regret it!"
"A wonderful place to stay. We came in early 2020 and haven't managed to return until late 2024. Little has changed: no wear and tear, but the same stunning view and a magnificently appointed bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for exploring the Southern Vales, or for a short get-away from Adelaide. "

Leawarra stays in the farm | Fleurieu Peninsula
10/10 Excellent
"My partner and I came for our first anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better stay! It was everything we wanted. Beautiful scenery, plenty of opportunities for bird and wildlife spotting, a huge expanse of fields to explore, goats to play with, and Harry kindly took us out in his ute for a brilliant morning feeding the cows and bush bashing across the land. The unit was private, spacious and spotless and Carolyn left us a gorgeous cupcake each from a local patisserie. We felt welcome and safe and we will definitely be coming back for our next anniversary! Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!"

"Great location and gorgeous property, however house is not fully equipped in the kitchen as advertised. 2 old warped fry pans, 1 saucepan, no tongs, no egg flip for your bacon and eggs, no basic provisions (salt, pepper etc). There is a coffee pod machine but no pods in welcome pack. Bathroom downstairs, cold in winter, get drenched when raining, stairs are slippery, same as the balcony, no roof. "
"We had a nice stay and the house was a great size for our large family. The balcony views were lovely and the location was perfect for exploring beaches, wineries, and walks. The kitchen was well equipped, but some areas felt tired—outdoor furniture was worn, the BBQ was old, the kitchen tap dripped constantly, and the downstairs bathroom smelled musty. A few maintenance updates would really lift the experience, especially given the price."
"This is restful bush retreat with an environmental consciousness. A place to turn off your screens and look out onto lovely pastural views and observe the natural environment outside your door. The units are clean, bright and comfortable with the door open to fresh air. I enjoyed my tea n’ toast outside listening to the morning birdsong. Great coffee / bakery a few mins drive. Bring a good book and your walking shoes!

"The property was exactly as it appears in the photos, beautiful with gorgeous views of the beach and really convenient to have beach access straight across the road. Three bathrooms was amazing for us, it was new, clean and comfy. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend."
