Thalmargia Villa I invites you to savor the art of outdoor living under the Cretan sun. Perfect for al fresco dining, the villa features a shaded pergola with a dining area and charcoal BBQ facilities, complemented by a traditional wood-fired oven. Set within 470 m² of landscaped outdoor space, the villa boasts a private 48 m² swimming pool (1.40 m deep) with a dedicated children’s section (2 x 3 m, 0.50 m deep), a built-in spa whirlpool (2 x 2 m, non-heated), 300 m² lush lawn area, and a 4-seater inflatable hot tub for serene relaxation. The pool terrace is thoughtfully appointed with sun loungers and umbrellas, while an outdoor shower adds convenience and comfort.

Relax under the sky in our private inflatable hot tub, perfect for evening relaxation or a cozy soak after a beach day. While not a permanent jacuzzi, it offers warm bubbling water and a calm atmosphere for laid-back enjoyment.

Spanning 80 m², Thalmargia Villa I is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort, space, and serenity throughout. The villa’s two elegantly appointed bedrooms accommodate four guests, while an additional sofa bed and folding bed in the living area provide space for two more, making it perfect for families or small groups seeking a private, luxurious retreat. The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 guests. Every corner of the villa is crafted to blend refined comfort with an airy, inviting layout, ensuring a seamless experience of relaxation and togetherness.
