The Cleveland Residences, above all else, was a wonderful location. Easy access to the market as well as to the Underground made it an excellent stay.
The size of the room for 4 people worked out just fine.
Our bed was broken and we needed to create a make shift support. But other than that, no complaints. It was overall a solid stay.

We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.
