"The staff were super friendly and the convenience of the location can't be beat. The airport train station is nearby alongside buses, trams and lots of food options or supermarkets and everything you might need. The room is spacious and the breakfast is great! Would love to stay here again soon!"

"Hi, as a Hilton Gold member, and having stayed at Hilton properties around the world, this past stay in Helsinki was somewhat of a disappointment. The hotel reception staff and management's tone and attitude was quite cold and unwelcoming, just because I had made the booking via expedia. I was traveling with my wife and 3 year old kid, and we were made to wait at the reception for over 30 mins during check-in. While I understood that I wont get points for my stay as I had booked via expedia, the hilton app showed that breakfast was included. When I showed the app to the front desk, the manager had a very condescending tone in denying that breakfast would not be included. If that is the case, I would expect Hilton app to reflect the most updated status of my stay, and not show one thing, while a person on the other side of the desk says the opposite thing. After I made him aware of this tone, we decided to reset and he extended one day's breakfast for us. It was just not a pleasant check-in experience after having traveled from another country as we just wanted to get settled in quickly. Further, the rooms were nice, but the hotel overall felt sub standard. There was dust residue in the elevator doors, the carpets seemed old and worn, the overall vibe of the hotel was very sub par compared to other Hilton properties I have stayed at. Thank you for caring to get my feedback. I appreciate Hilton overall."

"This place is suprisingly good. Even if the rooms might feel big on paper, they are divided in 1 bunk compartments which gives some privacy. As the hostel is big there is plenty of space to move and the common area/bar downstairs was nice. The location is perfect to avoid hustle and bustle of downtown but close to bar area Kallio and well connected to the airport and and train station. Highly recommend."

"Great hotel! 5 mins from main station and walkable to everything! I never took another train after I arrived. Nice to be central so I could come back for mid day breaks. Great view from my room. Clean and very nice accommodation. The breakfast was also lovely, so huge and many options. Quiet rooms. Staff was great. Elevators quick. I highly recommend this stay and so happy I chose this stay!"

"Clean room,friendly staff although youthere is no aircon control but it provides a fan and you can slightly open the window ajar for the cool air to flow into the room.It is located within 500m from the train station platform 1 to 3."

"Perfect location, was on the 7th and the light was too much to sleep, no quality blinds sunrise is 4:30 am and sets at 11pm so for a light sleeper it was hard to sleep with all the light in the room"
