"The staff were very helpful at check in and throughout our stay and explained aspects of my bill such as how I was being charged for parking. There were lots of brochures about things to do in Philly in the lobby. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, however, the rooms need to be updated. There were stains on the floor and the curtains were dirty and difficult to close as the track needed maintenance. The pool area was pretty however it was only open until 8:00 which was disappointing as I was looking forward to swimming under the stars at night. Also it would be nice if the last hour or two of the pool was for adults only. The hotel was in a great location and so many sites and good restaurants were. in walking distance. I would stay here again"

"Looks like the rooms may have recently been updated, but the carpet and some of the furniture in the lobby could use a refresh. We had shower issues - tub that wouldn’t drain properly and squealing pipes. Also, the AC stopped working the last night of our four night stay. Overall the room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows; and the staff were very helpful. Great service at the hotel restaurant!!"

"Great location. I typically take the train into Philly and it’s a super quick and easy trolley ride from Drexel at 30th to 19th, half a block and there. It’s a very well connected location. The hotel has a great lobby with a better than average cafe and a bar if you want it. It’s contemporary and everything is easy. I was able to drop my bags off before heading to the Phillies game and retrieve them quickly later once my room was ready for check in. The room itself was clean and crisp with respect to its design. The floor was ceramic tile, the bathroom was well laid out, the room had a great picture window which was also nice. The room wasn’t huge, but it was very clean and well designed. I didn’t notice much in the way of closets I suppose. All in all, this is certainly a good place to stay in the region of Center City — Rittenhouse Square."

"There are a few things that could be upgraded. The mattress was not bad, but not amazing and a few things were a little banged up. That being said, some of the staff were absolutely stand out. I wish that I would’ve gotten their names. There were some very excellent people at the front desk and a couple of other staff members that we happened upon while going up and down the elevators and such were so friendly. The location was perfection. We went for coffee and snacks every single morning at Reading terminal market because it was just right there and so much fun. We would stay here again and again and again."
