"Affordable stay
The price is great and the location couldn’t be better. Still, travellers should note that the hotel is quite basic — the furniture is old, Wi-Fi is also inconsistent. If you value price and location more than comfort, this might work for you."

"The hotel was great, in a good location, with attentive staff who went out of their way at all times, even if just to smile and say good morning. In addition, Dahy on the travel desk was a big help planning day trips."

"The location was perfect, especially for first-timers in Egypt. The staff was attentive and flexible for late check-outs and early check-ins. I felt very safe in the hotel and the surrounding areas. The conditions of the hotel were slightly outdated but I felt like my stay was worth the price. "

"The staff in this hotel are extremely nice and very helpful. Lovely, high-ceilinged and spotlessly clean bedroom with a balcony in a characterful building in downtown Cairo. The location is very convenient, being only a ten-minute walk from the Museum of Antiquities and on a street with easy access for taxis or tour pick-ups. I'm happy to recommend this very reasonably-priced and welcoming hotel to other travellers."

"The building is historic and looks so gorgeous. The rooms were beautiful, beds were comfortable and we were not bothered by the outsider noise/car honking at all. Service is great and breakfast is just wonderful. Highly recommend plus the location is central "

"We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The staff were very attentive and rooms were comfortable. The spa was also relaxing after long days exploring the area."
"The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Theroom was very clean and quiet and nice beds. In the shower I would recommend they add plastic bath matts or something on the floors as it is marble and very slippery. Almost dangerous. It was a great location and felt very safe. "
"The hotel is in a very noisy road and there is substantial noise even late at night on the front rooms - try to request a room with look to the back for morw silence "
"wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish, the room was comfortable and beautifully kept, and every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay perfect."
