"While we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didn’t get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. At the end of the day, a hotel is just a hotel….it’s the staff and people that make the experience. 10/10 experience. "

Room was excellent and comfortable Entertainment staff good with lots going on day and night Only negative is the cleanliness of the pool. "Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark which made it harder to find the property. We would stay again but best to enjoy for at least 3 nights if we come again. Thanks for sharing your lovely space. "
