"I loved my stay but wished there was a fridge in the room. Everything was great. From the nicest check-in with Jamie to my checkout. When I used the text feature to ask for additional towels and the towels were at my room in less than 30 minutes. I was able to use the gym to workout like I wanted and had a great and comfortable stay. I would stay here again. "

"When I first arrived everything seemed nice. I got into my room and it was dirt marks on the wall. I wasn’t in my room much but when I finally did get to lay down the bedding and pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the front desk and all they did was have someone come in and change the bedding. That did not help at all. The water for my floor was out from 11am-5pm so I couldn’t get ready on time for my outing I had planned. This was very inconvenient. Most of the staff were nice but I could tell the ones in charge had attitudes. This wasn’t a good experience for me. I’ve stayed at plenty of Holiday Inn Expresses and this was the first time I’ve had a horrible experience. I won’t ever stay at this location again."
