"This beautiful hotel is located centrally, walkable to most points of interest, and the staff are incredibly professional, helpful, and welcoming. Celebrated a special event and the concierge team went over and above to make it happen. Lifelong memory for which I will always be grateful."

"Hotel was very comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Situated a couple of blocks from the central train station. Close proximity to tour bus station and old town as well. However, lots of activity in and around the adjacent streets to the hotel. "

"Great service. The restaurant was amazing. The only negative was the shower head was very low/ in 5’11 and I couldn’t fit under. Other than that it was greats I would stay there again for sure. Largest room we had out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Switzerland "
"Excellent location. The room is very small for two people, bathroom is tiny but overall its a great experience because of the location and the convenience, very close to train stations."
"Location is amazing and makes the trip. Bed and pillows amazing. Can be noisy if your room is facing the back street with employees from the different bu"
"Excellent to have the library area available for relaxing in and making hot drinks whenever we wanted. Really appreciated this facility. Also great to have bar vouchers instead of daily room cleaning!"
"The balcony had nice views of Geneva. It was located next door to a Lidl grocery. The room had a separate sink and toilet from another sink and tub/shower that I loved. Had a kitchen with a table and great internet. Just a really comfortable and functional room that was very clean."
