"A superb place to stay; extraordinary and helpful staff, friendly, welcoming, engaging. Food at Windows restaurant is superb as is staff there, too. Morning breakfast a delight. Rooms beautifully staged. Across from lake and free boat transfers. A truly wonderful stay!"
"Very nice clean rooms, perfect for what I needed for a short stay in Geneva for the football. Friendly staff and very good transport options. Right opposite the train station and a short walk to Lake Geneva. I would definitely stay here again."

Ruby Claire Hotel Geneva
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and quiet hotel. Centrally situated. Small menu for food, large for cocktails. Pleasant staff but often with halting French at best (Geneva is in French-speaking Switzerland so they should be taught conversational French, management please note). In terms of sustainability, get rid of paper cups provided for some uses. It would be good to have ordinary hotel-like touches e.g. to lend an adaptor to someone who doesn't have one with them, rather than selling them one."
"Very contemporary and shirked. Small rooms, but that is to be expected with super contemporary design in urban areas. Location is fantastic. You can walk to all the sites and restaurants in the old town."
