There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com I had to find new accommodations in an emergency because I did not feel comfortable at this place. Hotels.com and the host refused to reimburse based on this misrepresentation of the accommodations and conditions. Very upsetting. "
